Guest guest
Hi Luck and All, I'm am so very pleased to hear you decided to do another liver cleanse. Good job!!! According to Dr. one can get as many as 2,000 stones out before having a clean liver. I for one DID get to where I didn't get anymore stones out. She says to do a cleanse every two weeks until no more stones are remover. I didn't get any after my 5th cleanse nor my 6th cleanse. As far as how long before you feel dramatically better? I've heard some people say it didn't seem to make much of a difference with them at all. Maybe it depends on if that was a major problem in your heath. For me I felt better after a few days after doing the first cleanse. Then I'd start to decline after a little over a week. Then the next cleanse I'd feel better after another few days and the feeling would last a little longer, etc. I've done many other things to regain my health, so maybe they all tie in together. But the liver cleanses has been what has helped the most to maintain a quality of health for me and consistantly. I'm amazed at how I can walk for long distances and not even have a hint of a relapse! Especially when before ever time I'd try and exercise, I'd relapse. Exercising had been a love of mine before I got sick. It's so nice to have that love restored. There seems to be something about having the liver functioning properly that helps to restore and maintain health. Maybe some of the others can comment on the science behind it. I know I'm getting more from my food now, and I suppose that plays a big part in it. Before it was kind of like filling up but not getting any gasoline! Now I have some get up and go. :-) And I get pretty good mileage, too! LOL :-) I do hope it will help you, and I hope you will continue until you no longer get anymore stones. Just another thought, maybe another thing that helped was the parasite cleanse. Maybe it wasn't so much the liver cleanses that helped so much as it was killing all those pesty littly critters! Take care, Luck. I wish you the best. Gail ps. Just one more comment in regards to the posting Ron sent about the woman wondering if we continually produce stones because the oil/grapefruint drink continues to make the liver produce bile. I can testify that with every cleanse I did, I drank the oil/grapefruit drink and got to the point to where I didn't produce any stones. So I'd have to disagree with her theory. liver cleanse > gail: > .. anyway, how long does > it take to feel the benefits of this cleanse. i don't really feel > dramatically beter yet. maybe i will have to do a bunch of them. >

Guest guest
Dear , I don't think this is correct. As I understand it from Dr. , only the fresh grapefruit juice from a pink grapefruit will emulsify the olive oil properly. The Epsom salts/olive oil/grapefruit juice cleanse is done over two days. The lemon juice cleanse is meant to be done over a longer period of time, I believe. Lemon juice itself is a very good tonic for building up the integrity of the veins. Best of health! Guest guest
I was reading the various threads at curezone and it seems the lemon juice is fine. Or you can do half lemon juice and half grapefruit juice. Apparently pectin softens the stones which is why they recommend eating so many apples. But for me, to fast on apples and then add in grapefruit juice is like a recipe for candida which I don't want to do. Perhaps a day of light raw foods (salads etc) and then a lemon juice olive oil epsom salt concoction at night. There is also controversy about--should you do a parasite clenase first? But I'm not so trusting of the idea that a short parasite cleanse will actually be that effective. You're supposed to find the herbs at your healthfood store but I don't trust the potency of those herbs. For instance black walnut, I doubt there is very little if any available that actually has potent, green-inside hulls. I have 's pararizol, but it has so much clove oil in it just smelling it, it smells so sweet I get slightly nauseous. I'm not sure I could take enough of it (has wormwood, clove and blackwalnut oils) to work. And how would you know it had worked anyway? So I think I'll just try the clenase although anecdotally on the curezone site they say those who didn't fix parasites first felt sick. But I'm not sure they actually know that or did a survey... Anyway. I'm not sure when I'll do this. There also seems to be controversy about how much is so called " soap stones " i.e. created by the cleanse, and how much is real. But i was convinced after reading a lot of posts that most often it is real. People even had their stones analyzed sometimes just to prove it. One concern is why people only felt good for a few weeks and then had to do it again. That seemed odd to me. > Dear , > > I don't think this is correct. Guest guest
Jill, The liver is a filter of sorts. When you do a cleanse & get out stones you feel better. In a few weeks, stones that were farther back move forward, clogging the filter again. This is why it takes multiple cleanses toclean out the liver & GB. jim > One concern is why people only felt good for a few weeks and then had > to do it again. That seemed odd to me. Guest guest
Jim, do you also find the stones get bigger? I was just talking with Arthur and he said that's the case. I'm a little nervous to do a flush but I guess in any case it'll be okay, even if it's a bit unpleasant. Well, it is time for a hyperbaric session and then my first real sauna session--as I finally have the bulbs placed properly. > > > One concern is why people only felt good for a few weeks and then had > > to do it again. Guest guest
Jill, my wife put off doing a liver cleanse for nearly 4 years because she read all the stuff about how bad you can feel, etc. Even though she saw me do them with no problem she was worried. She did one a couple of months ago and was pleasantly surprised how good she felt afterwards and with no negative side effects. Just do it!! :-) Best wishes and much love, Ken Ken Gullan Institute for Research Integration (IRI) San Diego, CA 92106-2424 IRI is a 501C(3) non-profit corporation established to help children with developmental difficulties. Guest guest
dear jill, i always suggest doing a parasite cleasne prior to a liver cleanse. i don´t know, how it can happen, but it could be, that parasites infest the liver after or while cleansing the liver. and that seems to be a serious thing. i also take blackwalnut hull (in capsules) with the olive oil/lemon juice. so far, we never had problems. re: parozol. i think, the more toxic the liver is, the harder parozol can be on you. it is a powerful remedy, getting almost anywhere in the body. (all excretions smell like it f.i.) but it´s better, when the liver is able to deal with the toxins from dying candida, bacteria and other little creatures. re: apples. it´s the malic acid, that is supposed to soften stones nad mage the bile flow. good luck. marlene Re: ozone generator > > Date: Thu, 11 Sep 2003 15:11:30 -0000 > > > > Saul, I'm glad you responded. Guest guest
.... of course fresh. in germany we can´t even buy the pink grapefruit juice in a tetra pak or bottle. oh by the way. the latest pharma trick here in germany/europe: noni juice used to be prohibited to sell in all of europe. now, the mlm company " morinda inc " went to brussels to get it legalized. and! they did get it legalized, but have to fulfill one condition: THEY MUST PASTEURIZE THE NONI JUICE. and the esoteric magazines are now full with ads about the morinda inc noni juice, can you believe it. clever trick from the pharma. make a thing useless, and then legalize it. people are dumb enough to not notice. oh well. marlene Re: ozone generator > > > Date: Thu, 11 Sep 2003 15:11:30 -0000 > > > > > > Saul, I'm glad you responded. Guest guest
, I know I'm not ready for the pararizol at this timebecause even smelling it my body goes, NO. :-) How do you think I might do a parasite cleanse? I don't trust the black walnut hull unless I had personal connection to an herbalist as the green insides that are antiparistic oxidize very quickily when exposed to air. Maybe artemisinin? (it's from wormwood). What do you think? How about just a general cleansing with some fibers and colonics or enemas? > > Dear , > > > > I don't think this is correct. Guest guest
According to Hulga and most others that I have read: You don't eat any fats after the night before so that the bile can build up for the flush. Then you don't eat anything after 2 pm. I have followed these recommendations and have found the liver flushes to be very effective and not in the least unpleasant (except the few moments after drinking the oil/grapefruit concoction) :-) Best wishes and much love, Ken Ken Gullan Institute for Research Integration (IRI) San Diego, CA 92106-2424 IRI is a 501C(3) non-profit corporation established to help children with developmental difficulties. Guest guest
I just did a liver cleanse this weekend with the grapefruit and olive oil. Not uncomfortable, but you don't stray far frm the restroom Someone mentioned about taking a pill of wormwood or black walnut? Is that with the olive oil combo or when would you take it? Guest guest
Can someone with HepC undergoing innterferon therapy do a liver cleanse? What /vitamin/supplement support would you recommend for HepC?
Guest guest
> Can someone with HepC undergoing innterferon therapy > do a liver cleanse? > What /vitamin/supplement support would you recommend for HepC? > I certainly do NOT have an understanding of how to treat HepC--- so this is not meant as " a whole answer " --- however, I would certainly include milk thistle, a great liver support herb. You could also consider other liver support things such as artichoke (extract, and/or eat the vegetable), beets (the vegetable, use in moderation, it is very strong), low or no consumption of drugs/alcohol. Also, if the pricetag is not a big problem, acupunture. (Okay, well that is not exactly a supplement!) Moria
Guest guest
Dear , Yes, we have had some people do that with no problem. Milk thistle, mariendistel, dandelion root, beet juice, Swedish bitters, Udo's Ultimate oil blend, methylene blue, aloe vera. Best of health!
