They are as follows: Peppermint(excellent for liver cleanse), Bazeal skull cap root, hare's ear root, jasmine fruit, amur cork tree bark, dandelion, licorice root, angelica root, white peony root, seed of job's tear, and a few others I can't pronounce! Regardless, I now feel the best I have felt in many many years. Guest guest
Dear Saul, Thanks for the input. I think it will take several flushes, but I can't imagine doing that more than once a month as fasting is such a drag. Also, since olive oil is an allergen for me my stomach is still messed up even 2 days later. I'm not sure why but suddenly my candida has gotten worse after the cleanse, this might be from having that sweet juice. (or maybe just some die-off reaction) I ended up just chugging down the whole olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture, but omitting the apple and beet juice. I didn't take any antihistamines. What does the beet juice do? It brings a strange smile to my face to see you write that I'm having so much trouble. For me this represents real progress - a year or two ago I was a complete mess. At least now I can eat about 25-30 foods and tolerate them to various degrees. Warsaw, Poland Message: 25 Date: Sun, 29 Oct 2000 22:41:39 -0800 From: " Saul Pressman " <saul@...> Subject: Re: Re: liver cleanse Dear , Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. I believe that your allergies are related to your plugged liver, and that they will fade once it is clean. However, that may take several liver flushes. Pearl tapioca should be fine instead of oatmeal porridge. I think the grapefruit juice might be necessary to make the olive oil palatable. The beet juice is the important part. The apple is just to help with taste. Parsnip instead of banana is ok. Try to drink the olive oil at one time, but if not, separate it into five or six gulps. Don't take anti-histamines or any other drugs. That will hurt the process. Coffee enemas should be at body temperature (37 degrees C). Every other day for a week. Guest guest
Dear , The beet juice is a blood purifier and liver cleanser. Too bad you left it out. Next time keep it in; just omit the apple juice. The candida is fighting back. Attack it with large amounts of acidophilus, its natural enemy. Best of Health! Guest guest
Dear , I tend to agree with you about Chinese medicine and have had two Chinese doctor friends and held them in high regard. Where do you recommend finding a Chinese doctor who is checked out on such things as liver cleanse and other specialties. Thank You.

Guest guest
Dear Deanna, LIVER CLEANSE Ingredients : 4 tablespoons of oral Epsom salts 1 tablespoon Vitamin C powder ½ cup virgin olive oil 1 large fresh grapefruit 2 glass jars with lids 16 oz. apple juice + beet juice Procedure : First day: 1. 9:00 am: Eat a breakfast of cooked porridge, no milk or butter; 8 ounces apple juice + beet juice; baked potato, no butter 2. 2:00 pm : Mix 4 tablespoons of oral Epsom salts and 1 Tbsp of Vitamin C powder in 3 cups of cold water in one jar, and refrigerate 3. 3:00 pm : Have an enema 4. 6:00 pm : Drink ¾ cup of the cold Epsom salts 5. 8:00 pm : Drink ¾ cup Epsom salts 6. 9:45 pm : Pour ½ cup olive oil into the second jar; squeeze out ½ cup grapefruit juice and add to the olive oil. Close the jar lid and shake hard until watery. 7. 10:00 pm : Drink the potion. Lie down immediately. Lie still on your back and go to sleep. Second day: 1. 9:00 am: Drink ¾ cup Epsom salts. Go back to bed. 2. 11:00 am : Drink ¾ cup Epsom salts. Go back to bed. 3. 1:00 pm : Get up and drink 8 ounces apple + beet juice. 4. 2:00 pm : Eat a banana or an orange 5. 6:00 pm : Eat a light supper of salad and fruit; no meat Many stones will be seen in the toilet upon the first bowel movement after a liver cleanse. It may take several cleanses over a period of months to clear all of them out from the liver. Following a liver cleanse, it is useful to have several coffee enemas to pull further toxins that are stored in the liver. Use organic coffee beans, and about a quart of coffee each time, retained for ten minutes. Best of Health! I'm new here but I think I can safely say that your charitable donations of information to everyone on this list is immensly appreciated. One thing makes me nervous about doing this " aggressive " type of cleanse is the possiblility that a stone may be too large to pass and may lodge in the pancreas or something like that. Is that paranoid thinking? My friends mother was recently hospitalized due to a gall stone lodged in the pancreas.....she has Parkinsons and maybe the plethora of pharmaceuticals she is on could have caused that...? Are there any gentler methods to use to " prime " the liver prior to this method? My mother-in-law (a saint) is having terrible trouble with her liver but the GP she frequents is not doing anything about it. He simply says it is enlarged and needs to be careful about what she eats. I told her to take drink Milk Thistle tea but she stopped when she experienced more pain. I recommended eating lots of dandilion and beets, which she does occasionally...but not enough to my mind. She had a colonscopy where they found and removed a few small polyps but other than that the results were unremarkable. She is now suffering with a kidney infection and they have prescribed antibiotics AGAIN...not good for liver, I know. I recommended eating lots of yoghurt and drinking cranberry juice. I KNOW there is a natural way to deal with this but am concerned about being too aggressive too fast. Are there any naturopathic tests you can recommend? It seems she is becoming increasingly worse. She is of Greek descent and fasts quite often due to her religion. She just came off the 50 day Easter fast -no milk or milk products, no meat, no eggs and employs that fast 2-3 days per week in general. I think she uses too much olive oil in cooking. She attributes her liver problem to have started in Greece as a young mother when she inadvertently ate a stew that contained burned ceramic material from a cooking pot. She had incredible abdominal pain and the doctor at the time told her she would likely experience liver problems as she got older. I don't know if that theory has any merit or if she might be physically fulfilling his prophecy.... Either way she is a wonderful woman and I'd do anything to help her out of this mess. I feel the medical field is doing her a great injustice. Thanks so much for your attention. Deanna
Guest guest
Dear Deanna, The liver cleanse will not get you into trouble, regardless of the size of stones, as long as you follow it exactly. If you skip some Epsom salts because of the taste, the channels in the liver may not open properly and it might hurt as the stone passes. If you wish, you can drink apple cider for a week before, and lemon juice is a good thing to drink as well. However, they aren't necessary to making the liver cleanse work. You don't need to worry about too much too fast. You DO need to worry about too little, too slow. A hardened liver is a liver full of stones. Taking poisonous pharmaceutical drugs will certainly increase the number of stones. That liver needs cleansing desperately. There is no such thing as a pancreatic stone. It is a liver/gallbladder stone that has blocked the common bile duct, where pancreatic juices and bile are ducted together. The ceramic material could still be in her liver. No matter, the cleanse will take it out as well. Fasting is ok, if nutrition is watched at other times, but it will not cause many stones to pass. Best of Health! Dr. Saul Pressman, DCh, LOH Re: H202 inhaler/bone cancer > > Saul: > > What would you say is the best way to cleanse the liver? > > Thank you in advance for any advice > > Deanna Saul Thank you sooo much for that information. Guest guest
Dear Deanna, As long as the person follows the directions exactly, there is no danger. Well over ten thousand people have been treated in our ozone saunas, and the great majority of them have done the liver cleanse first, without any problem. A gallbladder attack is caused by the liver/gallbladder pushing out a stone on its own, without benefit of the Epsom salts to open the ducts and channels. That is why it hurts. For a surgeon to remove the gallbladder is quackery at its finest. The gallbladder is necessary to concentrate bile into bile salts, for digestion. An amputated gallbladder results in impaired digestion, leading to a whole host of further problems down the road. Best of Health! Dr. Saul Pressman, DCh, LOH Re: Liver cleanse Dear Saul: Sorry to bother you about this again but are you saying there is no risk whatsoever of a gallbladder attack...also is this cleanse safe for recovering alcoholics and people with sclerosis or hepititus? (I would like to tell my friends and family about this cleanse and have to make sure I've covered all the basis.) Thank you in advance. Guest guest
Terri, I don't have allergies, but I did a liver cleanse last week adn can't wait to do it again in two weeks. I felt a little run down the day after adn wasn't sure if it had made any difference, but for the past two days I'm feeling much better than before. Much more energy and I feel like I can really feel the supplements that I'm taking going to work inside me. I'm more clear headed and even feel as though my vision has improved. I would go for it if I were you, you ccan only benefit. Rose > > Have you tried a liver cleanse? Guest guest
Dear Terri, The only thing you have to fear is continued poor health. It is a pretty benign process. The hardest part is the bitter Epsom salts, but you can get over that by drinking water right after it. Best of Health! Guest guest
<<I don't have allergies, but I did a liver cleanse last week adn can't wait to do it again in two weeks. Rose>> Thanks Rose. I really do want to do one, but that underlying fear keeps me at bay. I get closer and closer and don't like being held back from something that will help me but that illness left its mark. I'm usually a strong willed person but I was so ill back then, nurses were telling me to get a liver transplant... ha..no way. I like my own parts just fine. I'm not sure how I got better? Dr. said it could have been viral and it worked its way out of my system. Since then my system just isn't up to par. Sluggish at best. Which cleanse did you follow, there are many versions out there? I have H s book, and read a few other similiar but different ways and ingred. to take. Terri

Guest guest
Dear Dr. , Yes, and if he had taken a leaf from the Red Army's hockey team, he would have been drinking ozonated water before and during the fight. Guest guest
Hi Luck, Like Gail, I have only good things to say about the liver cleanse. Immedietly, well the morning after when the 'flushing' began, I started feeling my fatigue improve and my depressions lift. OK, so I've recently posted about my fatigue and depression but HEY, it was far worse BEFORE the liver cleanses. Of everything I've done, and again I think Gail may agree with this, the liver cleanse has had the greatest positive influence! A bold statement i know. Basically, don't give up on it!!! You will be so thankful if you get through them. Personally, I did 7 flushes, once every 2 weeks, and I removed over 2000 stones!!! With the liver then able to start functioning with clear bile ducts, the long term improvements shouls be even greater! In answer to your question though ..... no, I did not personally experience that. I assume you've followed the programme EXACTLY ?!? No food after 2, no fats on day of flush, etc. I think Magnesium does negate stomach acids so make sure you take it well after food as the programme dictates. How severe is the burning ? Obviously, don't just take my word on it as I'm no expert but I can't imagine it's going to do you any harm. Even if it did irritate your intestine a little, and the flush is quite a 'draining' experience itself, the results will be well worth it. Maybe, just try the whole programme through once, see how you then feel and then decide if you should continue every 2 weeks ? Good luck liver cleanse i am in my first day of the liver cleanse. i just took the epsom salt and i feel a burning in my transverse colon-- like maybe the salts are ittitating my intestine. has anyone experienced this? i wonder if i should continue OxyPLUS is an unmoderated e-ring dealing with oxidative therapies, and other alternative self-help subjects.
