Eggs are not aborted chickens. They're just unfertilized eggs just like any

other mammal. They have to be fertilized before they can even become a

chicken. You probably would like fertilized eggs even less. Although they

According to Steve's lists, Caucasians and Asians can eat eggs

" occasionally " , whatever that means, and for people of African descent they are

avoid. This

makes no sense to me since, according to the diet, all Os originated in

Africa so our ancestors came from Africa even though mine made a few stops in

Scandinavia, Germany, and England. He admits that these lists are a low

priority

to him and that they haven't been updated since before LR4YT. As far as I

know, eggs have always been neutral for everyone. Many of the initial

" portions "

and eating frequencies for foods were only suggestions and have been largely

abandoned. If I've misspoken here puulease tell me?

Where do you get your info from? Both foods are just fine for type O.

hearing for type o's eggs just sit in our bellies ferment and chicken is

hard to digest, they said even harder than pork and we all know that's a

super avoid.

The only blood type food value list to count on is TypeBase 4 on

www.dadamo.com <http://www.dadamo.com/> . It is updated as needed. I've

always counted eggs and chicken as neutrals meaning they act just as food

should act, they give us nutrients, no medicine, but no poison. TypeBase 4

will also give you the most complete profile of each food that you may have

ever seen as well as a photo of the food (not that you need a photo of eggs

or chicken!). The biggest thing I watch out for with eggs is they are

elevated in their level of aracadonic acid which can be a precursor to

inflammation.

I'm really not sure where you got the list that shows them as avoids. As

far as I know, almost any blood type food value list was birthed in Dr.

D'Adamo's research so if the food was listed wrong originally and has been

corrected, any lists which reference any old or incorrect lsit, would be

incorrect themselves. I'm an O-Non-Secretor and enjoy and love my eggs and

chicken personally :-)

Show us where you see eggs being an avoid - where is it located?

As an O, you want to eat red meat, chicken, eggs, turkey, fish etc. at

each meal ( I mean any of the proteins)

I'm still very new to this group and am working at it. I eat once a day

usually, since I've been following the atkins diet, I was eating an egg white

omlet. Since I found you guys and downloaded the food list, the list I

downloaded said that eggs were an avoid, So, relunctantly, I stopped eating

them. Although I never eat the yolks because they make me gag.

I don't want to come off like a-know-it-all, because I'm far from that, I guess

I'm just reading from the wrong website. I don't want to send anyone any

misinformation.

Oh and Tom in addition to my diet, I drink lots and lots of pinapple juice.

That's why I love this food plan, pinapple juice is my favorite of all juices

and fruits I can basically live on this juice by itself.

On another site Steve Shapiro lists chicken as 1-2 times a week and eggs as

avoid only for people of African heritage. For Asians and Caucasians, eggs and

chicken are neutral.

Steve Shapiro produced the list below in 2000. I have met him several times and

taken BTD classes from him. He healed himself using the BTD and has done a lot

of studying on it. He works with Dr. D'Adamo and refers people to Dr. D's

website for the latest and most accurate food lists.

Sorry Ginger, you can't live off sugar.

Try to eat 1 gram of protein per body weight. So if you weigh 120lbs you

will consume 120gr of protein every day. Add fat to each serving of

protein and plenty of green veggies.

Now that is what you can basically live on.

Eating a high starch/sugar diet will do 1 thing for sure - reduce your

growth hormone level production.

So you see you need to reread your blood type books. Learn to understand

how your body works.

I thought Pinapple juice (of course the unsweetened juice) was highly

beneficial? I know, get to reading the book right Tom.

It appears the site you're referencing uses values from Dr. D's first book

Eat Right 4 Your Type. There have been some food value updates since that

book. That's why I always try to reference TypeBase4 when I really need to

know. :-)

For a 200lbs person you will consume around 200 gr of protein
