Very warm to hot if I remember right and we do visit Utah, the home of my heart

and birth place often, but only in the summer, am not fond of driving in endless

months of snow since I grew up. Virtually no humidity in that very dry high

dessert country which makes even 85-90 or higher seem tolerable.

SLC is quite high in altitude and if anyone is used to living close to sea

level you will notice the air is a " bit thinner " especially if you try to over

do and try to run a marathon. You will also find the water is harder there. When

I was a kid I thought that was SOOO funny when people would talk about the " hard

water. " Probably most hotels have water softeners but you MAY notice you need a

bit more shampoo or toothpaste to foam up like you are used to.

Thunderstorms, while awe inspiring and beautiful (OK so beauty is in the eye of

the beholder) are not infrequent but unlike in Washington state where a rain

storm can last for hours to weeks on end, the clouds in Utah dump their water

and float on...... to Western Washington State where they take up permanent

residency!

People in Utah believe it gets cool in the evenings, but cool or your

perception of cool is subjective. I find it very comfortable at night there and

never wear a jacket or long sleeves but then here in WA it cools down to 45-50

even in the summer, good for sleeping but little else.

When my family moved from Utah the kids at school laughed at me because all I

talked about how things were done in Utah. They called me " Utah Brinton " and

silly me thought they were complimenting me! Oh my heck, I am getting excited

about my trip back to UTAH next week!

Hi, I have another question. I wonder what is the weather like in SLC? Is

it dry or humid? I went to weather.com and it said possible thunderstorms on

Thursday. Do you get a lot of rain in the summer? I live in California and we

We had a forset fire start yesterday near Show Low northeastern Az, yesterday afternoon it was 6000 acers. This afternoon they say it has groun to 60,000 acers & is out of control. They have pulled the firefighters saying it is too dangerous for them. Not as bad as Denver. But in Phoenix looking towards the north east you can see the smoke. That it is about 150 miles away. There is sveral small towns in danger. We still have a smaller fire on the Utah Az Border. We are loosing a lot of our Fedral & State forest land this year & somer has just started. They should shut all of the forest land in the southwest untill we get some much needed rain. That would be much better then losing all of our forest & several small towns. It took several hunderd years to have it, bur only it takes a second to lose it all!

balance the thyroid - one needs the other

We've used several different forms of CST and the length of treatments and

frequency varied greatly between them. All were helpful for my son. The

most helpful was the one that did several visits in a row -- 3-5 days apart

-- then took longer breaks. The treatments ranged from 10-20 minutes.

discussion of meds. B vitamins also help and be sure to eat good fats like

olive oil, butter, flax oil, cod liver oil. Don't worry--you will be OK if

you get enough of the right medicine.

It is my understanding that Keppra is a adjunctive therapy, which means it works

best in concert with another medication. Are you also taking another medication
