It was this story that we took to the capitol and got some laws passed.

Now we can report this kind of stuff and get some heads rolling.

Check it out: HB320 basically says refusing psych anything for your child is

not abuse by itself.

HB1406 says a child cannot be refused school for not complying to drugs and

psych exams

and also that a teacher cannot recommend anything psych related because they

are not doctors.

That's not only unethical for the principal, the doctor who

accomodates that sort of behavior should have his licence revoked. I

hope you have forwarded the new IDEA ammendment to her and that she

has stopped medicating.
