--- Coolness! I am soo glad you are feeling good Colleen, and good

enough to work out! plus that massage lady comin into your work!

wow...heck ya..you totally have it made with that! lucky girl you! I

think you are goin to do just fine! and I know what you mean about the

tight pants...around the belly..yeah..until I get to my goal of size

10..I don't get to wear jeans that often..I wear black workout pants

with the white stripes down the side day in day out. I won't let

myself wear jeans each day until I can feel comfy in them..and ina

size 12 or 10. so like I have 10 pairs of black pants with white

stripes. yeah..soo not fun to have tight pants!

I'm down in Northern California...dry and hot here too! I'm out in

the country a bit on a dirt road with the pheasants, emu, coyotes,

peacocks, chickens, possum, raccoons.... " peaceful " in that we don't

get the city noise but sometimes the animals drive me crazy.

Especially when the neighbors chickens come down the road and torment

the dogs! Richland sounds beautiful. I love the older homes. My

husband is doing some work on a home from the 1870s and I go out

there on weekends just to enjoy the atmosphere!!

I can see a similarity in the pics of Stasia and I...except I'm

the " un-muscled " version :) I only dream of abs and bis like that!!!

Post Falls is very beautiful. Actually all of Idaho is beautiful but

after you have lived here for a time, you start to take it forgranted.

I " only " own 3 dogs, with a 4th on the way. The others just wander

unfortunately too close to home for me sometimes :) The poor little

baby possum that my neighbor ws rehoming got returned to her three

times by my Dobe (thankfully unharmed) so we finally had to keep the

beast inside for a few days.

The house my husband is working on is beautiful. I love the

uniqueness of the older homes. There are beautiful houses these days

too but they are more " uniform " , perfect rooms, and lines. The older

houses seem to have more character, nooks and crannies, etc. More of

a creative feel. It is actually a coworker's house so when my hubby

goes to work, I bring a book and hang out in the yard and just enjoy

the atmosphere.

The pic of me is from a calendar shoot last year and the top is

somewhat revealing. It caused quit a stir on another forum last year

so I decided to just crop the top part out. No " parts " are showing

bu the top of the suit is a circle that covers the nipple and

then " spider-webs " coming out around the breast so a lot of skin

shows. For now, that's my goal pic and when I get there, I'm going

for Stasia's abs :) Right now I'm at the same weight, it just

doesn't quite look the same :( Soon though soon!!!!

It has been so long since I've done any research on getting lean for

pics, so if you read about the potassium on 's site (she knows

her stuff), it should be safe. I just read up on potassium for

hubby's cramps and it had a big warning not to take more than 1 pill

per day, maybe they meant long-term. And I happen to be an over-

reactor, stress freak too :)

I would go ahead and cut carbs the rest of the day. Tends to lean the

body out. For diruetics people used to go to GNC and buy an over the

counter pill, can't remember the name, and I don't remember how safe

it was either.

No matter what, I know you'l look terrific!!!

I've been reading but not posting much. Sticking to plan for the most

part. We are leaving for a vacation to Colorado Springs tomorrow.

Driving the 20 hours with 4 dogs. YIKES! But I managed to stay on

track enough that all my jeans are comfy and the ride won't kill me

<G>!

The n House is done. The arbor and gazebo were so nice, they

asked my husband to put in a full redwood fence. It is beautiful, but

personally I'm not so sure it " goes " with victorian. Sure wish I had

that house though! Woowwwie it is nice!

I've been busy with the dogs getting ready for the Doberman

nationals: agility and the show ring. Plus the big Dobe still does

not like the little puppy so they have to be separated at all

times...time consuming and it is driving me crazy. Today they

actually got to run around the yard together but as soon as the pup

gets near the Dobe to sniff or say hello, I see the " hate look " in

his eyes so we still have a ways to go.

Colleen

PS Indoor soccer is a blast and much more fun to watch and play!!

Thanks for asking. It is getting better day by day. The swelling is

still there but not half as much as before. The bruising is slowly

disappearing too. I'm hoping by the end of the week to be able to do

LBWO as well as UBWO. I stood on it all day last Saturday and it was

hurting pretty bad when I got home. I'm also recovering from a

flu/cold/who knows thingy and am just about 100% and will have NO

EXCUSES not to be on track. Eating has only been about 75-80% BFL but

better than last week!

---Hey Colleen..at least you are getting better each day and that is

some good news! and those flu plus colds are the worst thing in the

world! I have had something like the croup for weeks now. I cough

really bad at night..and sometimes during the day. it is very very

slow in going away. I hope you get enuff rest too. I don't think you

will have too much set back..you are already in really really good

shape. you know what you are doing too but it must be hard cause you

want to do those workouts soo dang bad. I understand that! be careful

with lower body this weekend then. at least you are taking good care

of yourself! get better soon!

I just found a few minutes to sit and post again. Thanks for your well

wishes regarding a's problem. I'll keep everyone up to date as

things progress with her.

Yup, I know I have to post some soap pictures, too. As soon as I learn

how to use the camera and have some of those precious " extra minutes "

that never seem to appear. Pretty soon Christmas will take over our

lives. Yippee (and I mean that sarcastically).

Oh, I meant to tell you before. Your soaps from the silicone molds are

downright gorgeous. I love the Poinsetta!! After seeing your picture I

just had to go check out all the Ideal Soap Molds website. I also found

another company that has them. I don't know if you've seen this site.

But go check out SoapandCandleMolds.com They have tons. I just wish

they weren't so expensive. Are they pretty easy to use, Colleen? I've

love to try them but hate to invest that kind of money only to discover

they're a pain to use. That other site I found mentioned above has some

cute wedding cake molds that I'd like to add to my inventory. I'm just

wondering how many soaps you could actually turn out in one day when

you're doing one soap at a time. At $19 a mold plus shipping, I'd hate

to have to buy 4 or 5 molds to make it worth while, you know?

- baby

Wow, just read your post about the baby and the cyst. I will keep her

in my thoughts and hope everything goes smoothly for her. Tell your

daughter there are lots of folks thinking of a, her mom & dad, and

the rest of your family!

LOL, of course I know about the Soap and Candle Molds site! :)

Here are some of my bookmarked sites that I've been ooohhing and

ahhhhing over: www.soapmoldsrus.com, and www.scottcrew.com.

And yes, the molds are simple, simple, simple to use! For the small

areas I used a pipette to get the soap into the mold. You can pour a

little of one color and swish it around, let it dry, then pour another

color on top of that. I'd love to get a pansy mold to do that with!

Yup they are expensive, but they turn out some gorgeous soaps. I've

got a wish list of about $200 worth of molds I'd like to get. And

that's just one of each style. LOL, some day! Check out eBay for the

molds too. There are some pretty nice ones on there that you might be

able to pick up cheaper than some company sites. It kills me when

people pay over $50 for one of these molds though, yikes!

Keep though pics coming too. That little a is such a doll!!!

Thanks for all the info on the molds. I love those pansies, too. I just

wasn't sure if the colors were " painted " on afterwards or done right in

the mold. On one of the sights they showed the inside of the mold and

it looked so intricate that I wasn't sure how you could get different

colors in there just where you wanted it. I had already checked out

eBay but didn't really see any great " steals " , you know?

LOL, when he builds something, he goes all out. I think it's 16x12

feet, so it's pretty spacious in there. Heck, it's bigger than my

kitchen!!!!!!!!!

But I pick the next house because 1200 square feet just isn't cutting

Hi Colleen-thanks for posting the pics! It looks like you are really

settling in.

You certainly picked the right year to leave-the weather has been brutal-very

cold and unending snow! It's one of those " snowblow twice a day " winters-at

least where we live! Have to shovel the deck every am before the dogs can

even go out! Glad you are enjoying the warmth-can ya send some back to us? You

must look at the CNY temps and snicker!

The pics of your trip are amazing-looks like a great place to see for miles.

Have you been doing much with your soap business? Are you looking for a job

there?

I'll see what can do. He's got to go back to NY on Sunday for 2

weeks. The office manager in Syracuse gave his 2 week notice &

is the only person who can fill in right now. I laughed at him

because he gets to go back to the nasty weather & it's forecast for 58

here on Monday!

> Have you been doing much with your soap business? Are you looking

I've updated my site and am testing some bases. Other than that, no.

I've got to get my biz registered yet. I just got my SC driver's

license yesterday. Not looking for a job. Maybe I will when

starts school in the fall. We just registered my baby for

kindergarten yesterday!!!

Glad we moved when we did too. 's dad told us that the sales tax

was going up another percent?!?!?! That's just insane! Our property

tax is around $350 per year! We've got friends in Baldwinsville that

just decided to move to Florida too. You just can't beat what the

nice weather does for your mood. I'm sooo much happier here than I

ever was in NY.

Hope all is going well! :)

At least you know how to use your digital camera. I STILL haven't taken

the step and tried my camera yet. Sad, isn't it?

I hate reading instructions. I pick up things real fast watching

somebody do something but hate to read and learn.

Re: New silicone molds

Sorry to disappoint you , but no soap pics today. The digital

camera I've got doesn't work for doo doo. It looks fine when you take

the pic, but when you get it onto the pc it's all out of focus.

Sometimes I can get it to work, but today isn't one of those days!

It'll have to wait until comes home, so next weekend I'll post

them.

The only thing I've got a problem with is pouring roses with leaves.

The rose isn't " higher " than the leaves so when I pour, the rose color

goes into the leaf part. You can either let that harden & pick it out

carefully, or paint over it. On the rosebud one I pick it out. Other

than that, the molds are extremely easy to use & provide lots of detail.

That's wonderful that you have your in-laws coming. That's the worst

part of moving away so far. You really find out how much you miss your

family. Sometimes even the ones you don't like. (hehe)

Re: Breaking the Silence...

Hi Leigh & Everyone!

I've been busy this past weekend with a couple of orders & helping

with some remodeling. We put in new metal attic stairs (the wood

ones were broken & very dangerous), and he cut out a section of carpet

inside our front door & put down slate tile. We've also got his

parents coming tomorrow for a 5 day visit. I can't wait! They

stopped last Thursday night and left Friday afternoon for my BIL's in

Atlanta. I miss them!!! LOL, when we were waiting for them to arrive

Thursday I was standing at the kitchen window like a little lost puppy

waiting for them to show up! I couldn't figure out who was more

excited they were coming, the kids or me! :)
