On the left there should be an option that says " Photo's. " That's how I get

to it. Do you have any options on the left of your screen?

Wow. I can definitely see a difference! I hope my four-week shots show that

much of a change around the middle!

OK, I posted photos (eek). Sorry about the grossly undersize bikini -

I actually used to look pretty good in it. I guess this is more like 3

1/2 weeks not 4, but I needed a boost - been feeling a little bit

discouraged about slow progress. But I do see a little bit of a

change, and I certainly feel A LOT better. So, back on the horse after

a birthday free day.

Thanks...I've been losing sight of the fact that my clothes are fitting

better (back into the size 14 jeans today, okay a year and a half ago

these were the " fat " jeans, but this year I've been wearing 16s and a

couple of months ago even those were a bit snug). It's hard to feel like

you look any different when you are looking at yourself every day.

Putting the pics side by side helped put things into perspective a little.

You are going to do awesome Libby! This group is so wonderful for

inspiration and support, I'm glad you're here!

Don't throw out that bikini. Those are some dramatic results for only

It's a error. You didn't break anything

breaks down all the time! It will probably be fixed by

10am Pacific time tomorrow. Seems that is when they do their server

replications. If someone at sees the error tonight, you could

get it even fixed tonight!

Okay for the both of you...its the boobs! You both have them and I

dont...(making a mugwump)...If you tucked in your shirt (which you,

like me are not use to, you will definately see a huge difference.

Tracey, A size 14 is fantastic, but I know that you want to be a

12...so I pray that it happens for you. I know what you mean about

acheiving goals you have in your head. I feel the same.

My tummy is still swollen and I have a lump that sticks out about the

size of a 1/2 of a baseball. And by the evening it swells more and I

swell above my compression garment (read-girdle...eeeuuuww). So I

too, will be happy when the swelling goes down. But I dont think

this pooch will go down...

Sheryle said that her and Fran have it too, and Fran calls it a funny

name...cant remember what it is...I posted it it way back...but it is

funny.

Anyways...you look great. Look at the progress in your pics...wow,

what a difference.

swollen as an excuse, either. I think I'm just probably not gonna

get that flat belly I was hoping for. But, hey, if you've got

Thank you for understanding about my personal goal. I'm really

sorry to hear about that pooch that you're still struggling with.

Have you spoken to Dr. Bae about it? Is there anything he can do?
