I love that book. I'm going to see if I can find it around here. Thanks for telling me.

It's raining as usual around here and we are expecting local flooding. As long as it doesn't come in through the doggie door we're good.

Leanne,

I've never heard of it.

Kathy

The type B person that was using Mannatech had cancer. I don't know

her personally. It was a post from another lady on another message

board. And what I wrote last time is all I know of the situation.

So explain to this thing about it not really being aloe. You

mentioned soy lecithin. I'm not sure that I understand. Is it kind

of like a by-product that has gone through so many chemical changes

that it no longer contains harmful lectins or something? I'm kind of

confused here.

Thanks for responding. I really thought that I would hear more on

this subject. I've posted the same question on two different boards

and have only received one response from each board.

Hi Leanne

I don't know if you mean me, I don't remember responding to the Mannatech

question.

What did you originally want to know about it?

I have heard about it and even tried it (not for any special reason) I think it

is an OK product but don't have enough experience with it's use. If you wanted

it for something special, there is liable to be something else.

Hello, Kathy,

Thank you sooo much for your post about getting approved for bilaterals

with Cigna. That is the company we have just been switched to - though it is

out of NJ and we live in PA. You've given me great hope that this may just be

do-able in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks, also, for the report on how

well the Freedom is working for you. It is the implant I will receive if and

when my insurance approves. I have confidence that my implant surgeon's

staff, who worked miracles with getting insurance approval for my reimplantation

in

January of this year, will do it again! Again, thanks so much for your

positive input.

You are so brave with your Cathe's!

Kathy

Kathy

Hi Kathy,

I try to follow a monthly rotation, but a lot of times I have trouble sticking with one. I use to do cardio one day and weights the next. In fact, I done cardio Monday, Wednesday and Friday and weights Tuesday and Thursday. I done that routine for years until I finally started doing rotations and mixing it up a bit.

I am going to see what Cathe has for December rotation and if I don't like that I'm going to start my own rotation of what I call "the everything rotation" I've been working on it and finally think I have it right. It will be circuit, weight training, intervals, yoga and pure cardio. I don't do enough circuit workouts so I know I need that. I read that Cathe done something similar to this after her baby and lost her last 10lbs that way.

I like preset rotations, I did create one that worked really well with FIRM tapes. It was the Tri-Trainers, Prime Powers and Volume 6. Worked wonders, I don't know why I haven't done it again. Oh well, I won't break my current rotation to insert that one L)

Kathy I am glad you didn't leave us. This has always been a very

friendly, helpful board, and slow as I may be at catching up with

people like that, I DO get to them and ban them. I've tried for the

past 7 years to keep this board a good place to come to for help and

will continue to do so.

Hang in there. The sides stink but if you go undetected it's worth all

of them!

Hi ,

Your e-mail preferance is set for indiviual e-mails. You will

receive everything posted on the board. If you go to your profile

page you can change the setting to receive a daily digest or no e-

You guys are going to breeze right thru. Probably one reason your DH doesn't sweat this process is because he knows you have it all under control! You know how opposites attract. The love and concern you have for will shine thru to the inspectors, and that is what really matters.

My youngest had was had with the funny tummy and it lasted around a week with lots of bathroom trips and sporadic eating. Now that the tummy problems have left, his hands have broken out in a nasty red, scaly rash. We have tried everything to get rid of it, with little luck. My DH is taking him to the doctor when he gets home from work. The fun never ends!

You might want to take her to the pediatrician if it goes on more than a week just to be safe.

yeah, I was thinking that too. I can tell her appetite isn't there. This morning she had a piece of toast with honey and managed to eat almost all of it, but she's still not getting up and following us like she usually does.

Thanks again for the awesome words. I told DH yesterday that I wish I was more like him in the way of not worrying so much about this home study. He says they will have to take his corpse out before anyone ever get lol he loves her so much. He says the home study will be a breeze. I hope he's right.

I'm crossing my fingers we get a call this week. The letter she sent said they have a limited time to get the home study complete (45 days) so I hope it's doesn't take 45 days. ewwwww

I am hoping it is related to the eczema he occasionally gets on the one side of his face. Unfortuately he inherited my sensitive skin. My mother in law suffers from psoraisis and he could have that too.

what is the diff between eczema and psoraisis? my husband breaks out

in an itchy scaly rash all over.... he has been trying cures for

eczema and it helps but it eventually the rash just keeps coming

back. maybe he has psoraisis instead (?)

Thanks Carolyn,

He feels just fine now, his hands are just annoying him. I hope this new cream moves the healing process along a bit faster.
