Joe....Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!! Good luck with your shot...I had the shots

also but nothing worked for me...So I had to have the laminectomy

anyway...But it worked out great for me. I hear you about pain..There are

days when I just want to pull out my hair...I never though it would effect me

mentaly but boy does it..I just feel like I will go nuts any min if the pain

doesnt go away...

IMO the alpha-lipoic acid could be replaced by glutathione precusors,

as we usually have enough ALA. We're low though on glutathione

precusors, and ALA's main function is to give an electron to the

oxidized glutathione and recycle it in both the energy and antioxidant

cycles.

A great example of how proper EDf casting can help even our older scoli kiddos.  It certainly helped mine!
