Hi Rashelle,

I am so glad that Melinda and I made you so very happy. Yes, it is true

that we are both doing well with the Victory Theory. Speaking for

myself, it is really and truly helping me so much that I can't believe it!!!

I am so glad that sweetie pie of a lady got your personal Life Lift

instruction and that you were made to realize how you have missed

personal teaching. Good luck with your new Life Lift Wellness Center.

If I am ever out there in the Sausalito area (I went to college in

Riverside in the late 1970s and early 1980s and have very fond memories

of California!!) I will be sure to book a session with you for some Life

Lift work!!! Wow, if that every happesn, how happy I will be. If it

ever does happen, it won't be for a number of years, as I simply do not

have enough money to come out there now. I have a very good friend out

in Riverside. She was one of my professors back when I was in college,

and she and I have kept in close touch for the last 25+ years!!!

Love always,

Pat

in my heart told me to offer her the chance to have the personal session along

I love the Victory Theory, too, Suze. I started listening to mine about the

same time Pat did. I'm finding that I have a much more positive outlook on life

since I began. I find myself looking at events, circumstances, etc in a whole

new way. I just don't seem to dwell on negative thoughts. I find I'm more

forgiving, more accepting, more loving, and just more at peace. I love

Hi Melinda,

I'm OK. I'm just having a little ab pain. My feet and leg pain that

I told you about are better though, since I bought new shoe inserts.

Now I'm able to do my walking videos again... hooray!!!!!

Melinda,

27 years ago I miscarried my first child before the

third month. My mother-in-law made the suggestion

that I wasn't even pregnant...to this day I remember

the look and attitude she gave.

While I never got to see or know the sex of my baby I

always have thought it to be a boy and named him to

help finalize in my grief.

My daughter-in-law lost 2 at 8 months. It was really

hard on her and my step-son. Then they had two

healthy boys. The ones who died were boys too. The

house would really been pumping with testosterone!

Just thought I would share. It doesn't matter where

they are in age though older I think must be even

harder when you grieve. But, grief is grief and it

helps when someone lets you share your hurting heart.

Thank you so very much Melinda. I am working on the

health part.

One thing I love about e-mail is I can delete

something I was going to say when I see how it leans

toward being negative. It spares me trying to clean up

so many icy conditions...you know slips of the

tongue?? lol Hope you have a glorious day.

Thanks for the info, Molly. I've seen the CD type I think. I have to buy CD

players for the boys - - I have one on neurodevelopmental therapy for learning

challenges and we use CDs a lot. I'm wanting to get them the smaller type that

I can download CDs to. I think it would be easier to administer the required

therapy listening assignments.

Mine plays all night i put it on repeat all and it just keeps going

until i turn it off it would go for days if i let it. And it was

only 24 dollars at wal-mart . I have the one that looks like a cd

player . i also got the little ipod type but a cheaper brand 40

dollars for christmas from hubby . It works the same way but havce

to load what i want on it from the computer. The 24 dollar one is a

durabrand one and i like it a lot. It will play mp3's cd or wma's .

Oh, I'm sorry, Virginia. That was kinda lazy of me - - it actually means *very

big grin.* By the way, thank you for asking what it meant. I get messages from

a kefir list and boy, did the abbreviations thing start some fiery back

and forths during this last week! You're so right when you say this group is a

nurturing, kind-hearted place. I have so often felt like I could stand any more

stress and would find peace in the posts from this group.

Still grinning,

I LOVE it!!! I'm working on being runway ready, then! This is so exciting for

me. I've had a lot of trouble with my weight since I became hypothyroid. My

doctor told me I've also been dealing with anemia and insulin resistance to the

point of being prediabetic. This is such a charge to feel better and to look

better. Probably the best part is, I'm not stressing myself to have these

successes. I just do my wonderful LL, stretch, and practice my karate moves

(but nothing really strenuous).

You know, we can all do this. I believe we're going to see lots of astonishing

successes on this board this year.

Love,

Melinda :o)

Melinda,

You know that means when you put one foot in front of

the other that your legs actually make a X so that

boodie really moves. Then add a little swing to it

and see the world come around! Turn on that big flash

smile and shake the hair loose. Lift that chest out

like you were on the bow of the Titantic and let the

wind whistle by... I can see it now. Go Melinda!!!

I've had trouble with my last 7 or 8 attempted posts. I've been trying to

respond back to all my sweet LL friends who've written to me. Please know I've

appreciated all your messages and I haven't meant to ignore anyone. Love to you

all, and hopefully, everything will be working right (either with my computer or

with ) very soon!

Love,

Melinda :o)

Dear Melinda, I just saw that your mom and her sister need prayers. You

all are also on my list. Seems like so many are hurting right now. There

is power in prayer! Love Chris

Sunday. Right now, we're back and forth to the hospital. My mother

is very sick - - she had an enlarged gall bladder that developed

gangrene (this after being in the ER on Saturday - - they did her

surgery Tuesday a.m., and shouldn't have waited so long . . . she

just insisted that she couldn't wait any longer.) At any rate, I'm

telling you all this so you can pray with me for my mother, 72. Last

night I just got a phone call that her sister is also in the hospital

with a massive kidney infection. Last word was that even with

antibiotics, her temp is soaring to 103.4, and her blood pressure is

dropping.
