What do you mean...you were sore after the cleanse..sore where? Sore in the rear end? Let me know. Vikki PS Did the epsom salt make you throw up ..what about the olive oil and GF juice? Well, in Dr. Cabot's liver cleansing diet book, she doesn't have the instructions in that book but has some info and her healthy diet. She has another book that has instructions about gall bladder cleansing. It's " The Healthy Liver & Bowel Book, " and also has recipes and healthy info. I love that book. Anyway, I'm sore around my gall bladder, under my right rib and a little below. I think it's cuz I passed so a load and it can make your bile ducts sore sometimes. Has anyone else had this problem yet? I think that I've read some people who did in the testimonials somewhere. No, I didn't throw up the Epsom salts at all. By that time since I'm so used to drinking tons of water, I was very thirsty. Well, I don't really like it very cold. I like it room temp cuz it makes it faster to drink. I can't drink cold stuff very fast. It gives me a headache. I've also heard that drinking cold stuff can chill your liver. After I drink it, it says it's okay to take a drink of water, so I do. The olive oil/grapefruit is tasty, but I did almost 3 times this last time. So the last time I couldn't finish it, the olive oil wanted to come up, but didn't. I didn't throw up. And it's not from the taste of it, but from so much oil it kind of tries to come up. You should have no problem keeping it down. Hope it works for you fine! How do you know? I haven't had noises as loud as youdescribed, but maybe I dismissed it as "gas" moving in the colon. Hello list members, I'm glad someone else has the same question about the noises in the colon. One early Saturday morning I drank about three large glasses of prune juice on an empty stomach. Within one or two hours my stomach sounded like when we first turn on our heat in late fall, and the water is running through the heating pipes. I couldn't believe the amount of noise, gurgling, bubbling, growling, churning etc. I heard throughout the day. I also expelled a lot of watery BM.
