Sometimes simple is all we need and I know I certainly could use it. How am I? I don't know. Good, OK, crawling, itching, so complicated. I know I am overwhelmed. Hi has anyone ever tried using tape to try to capture these things

on your skin? Whenever i get a crawlie feeling i use clear tape to

take a sample, and what i see when i hold it up to the light and use

my plastic mag. glass (only 4x)i see a seethru bubble that looks

like it changes color like pink and blue in the light.The bubble is

about the size of a period at the end of a sentence. It is see thru.

Sometimes if the sun light is very bright i see what looks like

glitter on my arm, again i tape and see the clear see thru bubble. I

am wondering if this could be mice mites? Any help would be

appreciated. Thanks

I have used tape, but I get brown things not see through. I have come across glitter as well, but I thought it was something like titanium dioxide commonly used in make up or other metals found in products such as lotions? I have seen pictures on the web and the unfed mites appear to be translucent and I have also heard somewhere, that scabies mites are translucent as well. Hi Pam - Insomnia can bring on depression. Unfortunately, too much lack of sleep can exacerbate all of life's challenges. I am sooo sorry you are going through it all. Yes, life is beautiful. We are actually very lucky to be alive, and only have the injuries that we do. Yes, both of us see the beauty of this. It makes it much easier to deal with the physical aspects of this. Many thanks!
