Thanks Ginger!! what a wealth of information! I really appreciate you writing

all of this. I will definitely check out those sites and learn more about it.

I did not know much about it and had no idea it was so powerful. I'm very happy

for you that you survived your Chronic Fatigue nightmare. That's wonderful! very

inspiring!

The very best product for Candida is Three Lac. You can

read about it here.

http://www.newlifevitamins.com

I don't have anything to do with this company but buy Three

Lac from

them. It has only been in the US for a short period of

time and is getting

rave reviews from those of us who have taken it. I also

suggest the Oxygen

Elements as very important to take if you have Candida.

Somewhere on this

web site is a " spit test " you can take to determine if or

how bad your

Candida is. The symptoms are wide and vary from individual

to

individual. However, please note that Candida can be

responsible for a

whole realm of problems and was the basis of my Chronic

Fatigue. It causes

Leaky Gut Syndrome which leads to food allergies too.

Anyone that has

Fibromyalgia or CFS or a whole range of other autoimmune

diseases should be

tested for food allergies. The world renowned author of

many books on

Candida is Dr. G. Cook. He states that the

majority of patients

suffering from these diseases are responsive to treatment

for yeast and

Candida. With the Three Lac it is not necessary to go on a

strict Candida

diet.

Here's another Candida page that chronicles a family's

struggle with

Candida for over 20 years and their success with this new

product.

http://www.candidafree.net/pages/1/index.htm

Please, if you have Fibromyalgia, look into this

possibility. The Candida

treatment plus eliminating foods I had developed allergies

to brought me

back to health after being unable to work for eight months.

I would also like to point out to everyone that testing for

food allergies

is very simple. A company by the name of US BioTek

Laboratories in

Seattle does the test using your blood. I paid $250 for

the test and it

was the best thing I did for myself. Any doctor can order

it but I always

highly recommend using an alternative MD, Naturopath or

other alternative

doctor. They just know more about these types of illnesses

and also are

more willing to get you well, not just patch you up until

the next time.

There are numerous web sites with in-depth information on

Candida and yeast

and there is a lengthy yeast test you can take that is

posted on several

sites to determine if you are a candidate. It was written

by Dr. Cook.

If you've ever taken a lot of antibiotics, you probably

have an overgrowth

of Candida. What the docs don't tell us is that when we

take antibiotics,

it kills all the good bacteria too and we have to replace

it. If we don't,

Candida can take over and crowd it out.

You can your colon over and over and it won't get rid of

Candida. Everyone

should check into this. You can have it for many, many

years before it

becomes a problem for you. I suspect I've had it for about

30 years and

that it was a contributing factor to severe PMS.

I hope this helps some of you.

Thanks for the info on the ThreeLac for Candida, Ginger. It

sounds great but it's so expensive. Do you

know of anywhere else that might sell this same product or one as

good at a lower price?

wow - you've totally sold me on getting rid of them. Yuck. How do you know

when you are getting rid of it/them - are the colonies big enough to see?

thanks for all of this info!

> From: C CG <pixiepie2003@...>

> Candida excretes a toxin in its waste product which

goes into the bloodstream and can make a person very

ill and cause chronic fatigue, headaches, dizziness,

aches and pains. It is a parasite that develops

colonies. In its extreme stage it can develop into a

systemic fungal infection and cause autoimmune

diseases. It can do some major damage to vital organs.

The colonies grow around the organs and literally

suffocate them. A person can develop Leaky Gut

Syndrome in which food particles escape into the

bloodstream. The body interprets the food as an

invader and attacks, hence the autoimmunce disease.

---Hi Car,

I too have suffered with " loads of mucous " (often severe sinus

inections, no longer smoke!) and it signifies an allergic reaction.

It may help you to note what triggers it - maybe after certain foods

or contact with any kind of chemicals. I have removed practically

everything chemical from my life (at least for the time being). Do

not use any commercial cleaning materials, only vinegar and bicarb.

Stay away from anything heavily perfumed.

Try to locate a " netti pot " if you can. It's a sort of teapot

for cleaning out the sinuses. I learned of it in my yoga class.

They originate in India where most everybody uses them. The relief

has been fantastic. Use only purified water, and most importantly

half a teaspoon of salt per litre.

I have been advised to keep my intake of omega 3 and 6 oils as

high as possible (also butter!) and it seems to be helping - my nails

and my hair are improving dramatically (I have been suffering hair

loss for about 3 yrs.

I too also use linseeds, and find them invaluable - have you

tried soaking them for 24 hrs? If you take them 3 times a day put

three lots at a time in the fridge and replace them as you use them.

They are not wonderful to get down, but in some ways it's easier than

the dry seeds.

Hope some of this helps Jez In

Well Dairy promotes mucous in the body

Definitely avoid milk and cheese.

Try raw goat Kefir that does wonders for bloating and

digestion, if you can get it.

Try psyllium husk capsules and probiotics. Psyllium is one of the best

bulk fibers you can use. The husk provide a scraping action along the walls

of the intestines aiding in the removal of compacted wastes as well as what

is currently causing the sluggishness.

If all else fails, epsom salt water is well known for it's purgative

properties. Just make sure you don't go anywhere until you know the effects

have subsided.

Is is true that you can see white stuff in a bowel movement that is

candida? If I am having trouble with regular BM's, what should I add

What is the longest time one can stay on antibiotics without

I DO NOT AND NEVER HAVE SUFFERED WITH FATIGUE.

I am beginning to wonder if patients who suffer from fatigue have Candida which

is causing it rather than LYME.

Lida

Lida,

There can be so many " ifs " with Lyme & all the diseases that go with it, but I

can tell you that I never started to suffer from fatigue until I got VERY sick

with flu-like symptoms on June 9, 1995, when Lyme hit me. I was incredibly

active prior to that!

Could yeast be playing a factor, certainly, but my fatigue definitely started

w/the onset of Lyme.

Also, I feel so badly that you are so scared, we can all relate, but you need

to find a good Lyme doc, that is also open to suggestions, & put your faith in

him/her. My doc treats the whole body & I honestly don't think he would have

even considered putting me on the Ketek if he were so concerned about the yeast;

I'm sure he thought the benefits might outweigh the risks. But that is also why

he had me start a probiotic from my very first visit (before he even knew I had

Lyme) & added Nystatin when I started antibiotics. Find a good Lyme doc & trust

in his/her care & that should ease your mind a little. We all expose ourselves

to the possibility of yeast infections/issues, but if the abx will give us back

some quality of life back, then it is worth the risk. That pretty much goes

along with any disease. Hope that might help a little!

Jeannie -- Thank you for your reply with your concern I am in good

hands of a good LLMD. It was my ID MD who gave me her name but

stressed he did not agree with her approach. He made a remark that

there is a whole industry out there treating Lyme in a way he doesn't

beleive in. My LLMD is so busy that I had to be seen by her nurse

practitioner for my first visit, who spent an hour going over my

medical history of chronic pain and my recent acute Lyme infection.

She spent another half an hour examining me. After breifly

consulting with her doctor she gave me two abx prescribtions , one

for Ketek and one for Amoxyccilin. 11 ampules of blood were drawn to

test for many things including all co-infections. My IgM keeps coming

I agree with Jeannie. Lyme is worse than any yeast infection I've

ever had. I've been fatigued for over 5 years and it is the most

unrelenting of my symptoms. I had it before I started abx and I have

it now even though I'm taking 200 mg Diflucan daily. I wouldn't be

endangering my liver with Diflucan or my sight with

hydroxychloroquine (which I'm not on now) or courting trouble with

any of the other drugs I've taken if Lyme weren't making my life

miserable.

Me too! I had been getting gradually more fatigued, could still do a

full days work , up at 5a, feed, work 8+hrs, come home, train for another

4-5 hrs and go to bed at 11p, did that pretty much 7 days a week. I would

sleep though whenever I got still, would all but pass out. The bad fatigue

hit literally in one day. Day before I had biked about 10 miles, next day

couldnt make it down the driveway. Fatigue still is bad, but I have good

days. Dont we all? *-)

Hi Jeannie:

I hope this dr. can help me with the fatigue. It was interesting

what you said about how much is active infection versus left over

damage. That is my biggest question and how to treat either way.

More energy and less pain, please. I don't care if I do not have

active infection, just want treatment for these problems.

There has been not a single sign of improvement in any area in terms of

Hi. I'm Maggie. I just joined the other day and I have eczema (for years) and

candidia

(so I am told). Great website www.eczema-natural-healing.com This site

talks ALL about candidia and how to get rid of it, mostly through diet. Please

check it out. She has LOTS to say about candidia.

I have worked with this woman (Donia) to help me in my healing process.

She is very knowledgeable. Also very helpful.

Best wishes :-)

Hi

I have just been told by someone very well up on adrenal and thyroid issues

something like that, lol

Anyone else heard of this scenario?

Thanks.

Hi Deb,

I have both of the symptoms you mentioned. The rectal

itching is awful! It gradually got better for me on

this diet and only returned the one time I cheated and

the time I took antibiotics. So make sure you avoid

both of those things.

I still get really deep ear itchiness when I get

colds, like right now. Coconut oil works wonders.

Just melt the coconut oil (not hot, just melted) and

drip it in your ear.

I use my son's nasal aspirator for this but a dropper

would work fine. Usually I only need to do this once

and the problem is gone.

Sometimes I need to repeat it once or twice more to

get rid of the itch and discomfort depending on how

severe it is and how long I've put off the coconut

oil. I use the virgin coconut oil for this as it's

one place I don't mind the coconut scent/taste (I use

expeller pressed for cooking).

==>You need to read my main article sent to you by email when you

joined " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " , or find it in our

Files (left menu) 1st folder, along with Candida, How to Get

Started. The most important thing for you is my diet plus

supplements! Nutrition is the only thing that will help. Do start

on vitamin C right away along with vitamin E, B vitamins and niacin

(vitamin C, vitamin E and niacin oxygenate the cells and cancer

cannot survive with oxygen).

==>The blood type diet is not valid; see this article:

http://www.westonaprice.org/bookreviews/eat_right.html

==>Tamoxifen is a drug that is intended to lower estrogen because the

medical field believes it causes breast cancer. But do realize it is

a drug so it also depresses your immune system. It's up to you

whether to continue on it, but don't stop it suddenly, only gradually

decrease it. Your body does not get cancer from a lack of drugs. It

gets cancer from a lack of nutrients and from toxins.

==>The good nature-made fats on my diet are extremely important for

your health which you will learn about by reading my article. So

please do read and study first and then start on the diet one step at

a time. Get back to us with questions after.

The best in health, Bee
