Guest guest
I also remember when they built the Astodome. I gues that makes most of us Dinosaur's. The Phoenix Suns first home sits empty most of the time. They usde it 24 years before they movid into where they play now. Both were pair for by the tax payers. Guest guest
Well Milwaukee County Stadium, which just closed last year (replaced by Park). I remember going to and seeing the Braves play. I used to go to the games with "The Knot Hole Club" for 50 cents and that included a bus ride to and from the stadium. I'm still bitter about the Braves moving to Atlanta.. -dz- Terry Long wrote: I also remember when they built the Astodome. I gues that makes most of us Dinosaur's. Guest guest
It is called 40 > licks......... What a strange name to call an album!!!!!! I sure hope it > is referring to 40 years.... LOL!!!!!! Didn't they once put out an album with an enormous tongue on the cover? Or was that someone else? Knowing the Stones, I'm sure the ambiguity of their latest title is intended. I remember when they went on the Ed Sullivan show and changed: " Let's Spend the Night Together " to " Let's Spend Some Time Together. " Cowards! I'm sure Mick and and Charlie and Bill would rather not remember that episode. Regards,
Guest guest
Hi , I think the Stones did have a album with a tongue on it.... That's the Stones for ya.... I like a lot of their old songs but Mick Jagger looks like he got beat with an Ugly Stick.... Sorry if anyone gets offended. That is just my thoughts.... Geez... The girls scream and chase after him.... They want the money!!!! It sure can't be the looks.... ;o Angel Hugs, Diane May Rainbow Dreams Color Your World With Love, Hope, Peace & Unity

Guest guest
I'm not a huge Stones fan like my brother is, but they're great at what they do. I like the way Jagger moves around the stage and actually, I've always thought he had really intriguing face, kind of a perpetual pout. My brother used to go to their concerts but not any more: the ticket prices are too outrageous. Re: [ ] Fwd: THis a Picture of my Midget > , > I remember the incident on the Ed Sullivan Show!!!!! Guest guest
I saw them in Denver for $5.50 How old does that make me? I don't know but you're certainly an old fart like me. And if you think you're old --I can remember listening to the Lone Ranger on RADIO! (I was a real little kid at the time, I hasten to say). Guest guest
Hi, Sharon, That touches on something that gets me ballistic: movie and rock stars thumbing their noses at marriage and having children out of wedlock -- like it's no big deal. They have the money to raise those kids but what the people who go to their movies and have children they can't afford and go on welfare? You'd think they should be setting some kind of example, but we live in a self-indulgent culture in which morals are what makes ME feel good and the hell with everyone else. Okay, I'll get off my soap box now.

Guest guest
I'm in the club. I remember listening to Gunsmoke on the radio and saw Davy Crocket in the theater.
