Guest guest
Hi , I also have Cigna PPO in Seattle. What doc are you going through? I am going through Dr. Oh's office. Sherri there told me they have gotten approval through Cigna recently with NO appelas. I bet if you contacted them, she would be able to help you. Dr. Oh is a preferred provider on the PPO plans. They had to fax a letter of medical necessity again this week for me. Cigna said I would hear within 15 days so I will keep you posted. Feel free to email me directly. W. Guest guest
, I suggest that you join the Bandsters_Insurance@groups list. That list is especially for insurance questions, and someone there may have your answer. They have some great archives and files that can be really helpful, too. Good luck, and I hope you're able to get an answer to your question. Barb S. barbooch@... --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Hi there Rosie, Our little girl has only just turned four but she is obsessed with her watch and wears it 24/7. I am teaching her the time because currently everything is " haff pass leven " . I use another obsession of hers which is pebbles to help her identify the clock face. I drew a large cardboard 'tweenie type' clock face and we use the pebbles has hands/pointers to the number (she could use anything for this whatever her daughter identifies with) for each hour there is a short story, again that identifies the day and time so she knows when something is coming up or how long she has to wait. At the moment I am just identifying the hour with her. I know how difficult this can be as our children live for here and now and they do not have any concept of time. But for instance to get Liesel into the `moment'- say at breakfast time I show her `Polly pebble' and Liesel eat their breakfast at eight o'clock placing the stone on the number eight and we use different named stones for different times and activities throughout the day. She could use any kind of `cut out' favourite character to do this, the concept is the same. Hope this goes someway to help. Good luck Louisa Mum to Liesel 4 ASD and 3 year old Freyja > Hi all, can anyone help, my friend has a 6yr old with a diaganosis of autism, she is verbal(unlike my daughter-bless her) and she would like to teach her the time. Timers are awesome...also, when I was little, I had this setup with a cardboard clock...there were clear colored plastic thingies that could indicate a length of time....if you lined up one end with the time it was when I was getting agitated, the other end was when what I wanted to happen was occuring...I had them in 5 minute increments, all in different colors. Guest guest
Kristy I can send you some too. Just email me. I'll trade you for Flake Noir But I bet you ahve it there. Look for something called " Digestive Enzyme " . Ask your pharmist about it or perhaps go to vitamin shop. I found it works best if you take it WITH the acidopholus... the kind that has at least 8 different strains and is refridgerated. I'll also check my bottle downstairs and see if it has a " generic " name for the enzyme. Did you get put on antibotics with your Seroma? That can REALLY make the gas bad cause it knocks out the good bacteria. I HAVE HAVE HAVE to go on that acidophlus after Ive been antibotics or the Gas is 4x as worse. See if maybe they gave you antibotics when you were in the hospital. I bet that is why its worse now.... (either that or you are really eating a lot of bagels <grin>) Also... to help with my bagel addiction (it's my favorite food or was) I switched to MULTIGRAIN bagels that I buy at a gourmet food grocery store. Guest guest
> Kewl!! Any idea what did it? Actually, it was a murder trial and I don't think they like to have educated people on a jury, especially a scientist. PLUS-more importantly, I was on these antibiotics that made me DEATHLY ill (with a killer 5 day migrane to go along with it) so I basically sat there looking half dead, or perhaps they thought I was a drug addict. I'm sure I looked like one sitting there with my hand over my face, doing everything under the sun to keep from barfing on fellow jurors, and sort of rocking back and forth in my seat due to uncontrollable dizziness. I don't think they want people like that on a jury anyway LOL.
Guest guest
Right now me making it to the gathering doesn't look real good. Besides money and rides and stuff, Shaye e-mailed me and told me that I shouldn't bring Punky because of nne's cat (Punky says she can beat up a cat any ole day ) and unfortunately she needs me to be around for much of the day to be fed since she just had some dental work done. I still have a day and tonight to figure something out but it doesn't look to good as of right now.

Trace takes place when you are making soap as you know. It referes to the mixing of the oils and lye water. It will become thick like a custard pudding after blending together with a stick blender. When this happens, it is called trace and the soap is ready to be poured into a mould. Hugs and blessings, . Can anyone help? > HI, My name is . Guest guest
Hi , If you haven't noticed, you can drop down to the bottom of any of the emails on this list and find a link to the library. There you will find a lot of recipes, some for beginners as well as seasoned soapers. Just scoot around in there and I believe you'll find it very fun as well as helpful. I posted the link here at the top so it might be easier to recognize. It's also at the bottom. Guest guest
Candles aren't as easy as one would hope. I just a few months ago started learning and it's pretty frustrating and a bit expensive to find the right wax, the right wick, the best colors for both and then all the testing involved gets pricey. I asked on a few candle lists for help and everybody's ideas are so different, it gets confusing. Just boggles my mind sometimes how much time and money can be involved when you first start up in candle making. I've got some that work great, then some flop big time. It just takes time and a lot of it. My best advice is find a few web sites for candles and many have a chat list for questions and answers where seasoned chandlers will help you. You can read the archives there to help answer a lot of your questions. Depending on the wax you choose....I started with soy wax and find it a bit finicky to work with, but love that it is all natural. Just do some research and get a little of a couple different kinds of wax to play with, see which you like best, and go from there. Good luck!
