Neither Soma nor Klonapin are classified as narcotics and could be taken with LDN if needed. A possible exception to this would be if the Soma (Carisoprodol) was not the standard 350mg pure Soma, but a combination product that contains 200 mg carisoprodol in combination with 325 mg aspirin and 16 mg codeine phosphate. Codeine is a weak narcotic at this dose and this form should be avoided if on LDN. If in doubt ask your pharmacist. Soma can be a drug of abuse and death is not uncommon with overdose and in combination with alcohol abuse. Klonopin(Clonazepam ) is a controlled substance IV in USA but it is not an opioid.see:http://www.deadiver sion.usdoj. gov/schedules/ alpha/alphabetic al.htmanything listed as Y in narcotic column must be avoided.best,P.B.>> also carisoprodol (soma) and klonopin are narcotics.
