Well, happy birtday!!!. You have found the right site. A lot of people are very helpful here. I am wandering has anyone ever heard or read Dr. Bounous book or familiar with the product immunocal and nope I don't sell it I just have bought it:>) It is suppose to be a good detoxer for the liver. I have a lady I know that has my condition fibromyalgia and CFS and she takes this and other things and is a lot better. Immunocal is suppose to be good for the immune as well. I would recommend that you all look it up. I think it helped me with my migraines. The problem is, it is a little expensive so I have to budget. There are 30 in a pack but I would like to take at least 2 packs a day and that would just cost to much money. A good search engine to go to is www.google.com and look it up. Immunocal Happy Birthday Estepa!!...Tonya

Hi Babara, that is the one that we are taking. The name of it is Calabsorb. We heard about it on the radio. It has calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, vitamin D,stevia, citric acid and one other that I can't remember off hand. She had also eaten some popcorn and I told her that it could have also been the grease. Do you know if magnesium us good for dissolving gallstones. I heard it is for kidney stones? Anybody know out there:>),thanks......Tonya

P.S. Barbara, you are soooo right...I have read that a lot about mag.oxide being harder to obsorb.

Hi Barbara,

Doesn't suprise me at all being that the carbonate is chalk. I hope you

are doing better. We just started both on the calcium/magnesium citrate.

Thanks for your response.....Tonya

As for dissolving gallstones: Here is what I did, four days before i was

scheduled to undergo gallbladder surgery: I squeezed 10-11 lemons,

conserved the juice. I took one ounce each of virgin olive oil and lemon

juice, every fifteen minutes until all juice and sixteen ounces of the oil

was gone. (Had an enema first, and fasted 8 hours before I began this

procedure). I passed about twenty gallstones that morning, they were

unmistakably gall stones. never another moment of pain, cancelled the

surgery. I do this once a year now. it has been six years since I did te

procedure the first time.

If you look up gall bladder cleanse on the net, there are a number of ways to

do it. Some, require lots of expensive products. If epson salt is required

in some of them, it is easily found, Wal-mart, etc. But as for me, the

two-ingredient method worked wonderfully. It is important, according to

literature I read, that the olive oil is to be " virgin " or " cold pressed "

olive oil. It is found in health food stores, a little high, but compared to

the cost of gall bladder surgery.......

No, I didn't eat until the afternoon of the day I passed the stones. I ate

anything I wanted to after that. Now, of course, I have become much more

health conscious and have eliminated some things from my diet, but for the

next two and a half years after the treatment I gave myself, I ate anything

and everything. If you look up gall bladder cleanse on the net you will find

a number of methods. This simple and inexpensive two-ingredient method did

wonders for me. I have passed it along to a number of friends, three of whom

were told by doctors that gallstones was the problem. They did the

overnight procedure and all of them were " healed " in this way. (By

overnight, I mean that I started the procedure about 7pm, as recommended by

literature I had about the cleanse.)

very very sensative like myself. Should I take that much . E-mail me

personally if you can, thanks or anyone else. I really want to know this

because I have no doubt that I have them........Tonya

I wouldn't feel comfortable making that kind of recommendation. If it was

me, I would try taking half, in other words the juice of 5-6 lemons, and 8 oz

of the olive oil, and see what that does. I would also read and re-read

about gall stone cleansing on the net, under " gallstone cleanse " . I wish you

well.

thought I'd have to find epsom salts

magnesium citrate to balance this out. Do I count the magnesium oxide

in figuring out my amount to take or do I just take the mag. citrate to

equal my calcium?

==>Yes, you do count the magnesium oxide as part of the total magnesium

required, i.e. if your calcium contains 300 calcium and 150 mg

magnesium oxide, you only need to take 150 mg of magnesium citrate.

, I have been using magnesium citrate, because it is supposed to be absorbable and because it is inexpensive. However, I have recently heard that the citrates (both calcium and magnesium) should be avoided because they cause absorption of aluminum in the kidneys. Do you know anything and the citrates and aluminum absorption? Zoe

From:

Magnesium Glycinate is very absorbable..capsules are best, but pills are good if you chew them. Inow am reading that mag taurinate is also a highly absorbable. Both will help with thyroiddisease induced depression.

Yes, I was so depleted of magnesium I could not absorb it orally. I had to have

three IV's

(2500mg) over a couple of weeks to restore my levels. I was then able to keep

my levels up.

I have read about the calcium citrate and aluminum. I assumed it was calcium's

tendency to bind

to drugs, vitamins and minerals; this is what makes Ester-C so absorbable. I am

going to a

lecture on the 9th given by Gillham, inventor of `Natural Calm'. He is a

magnesium

researcher; I will ask him about this study and see what he has to say about it.
