Guest guest
Hi Jim, Your testy is not making enough testosterone I see this by your high levels of LH and FSH your Pituitary is asking for Testosterone by sending a lot of LH and FSH to your testy trying to tell it to make more Testosterone. You need to go on Testosterone meds I do and like shots the best but if you have a drug plain that pays for meds try Andorgel first start with 7.5 grams. Your Vit.-D is dam low this will make you sick and have problems sleeping. I use this and take 6 drops every morning I put it on the back of my hand and lick it off. Bio D-Mulsion Forte http://www.mccombsplanstore.com/prodinfo.asp?number=BIOD Watch this link. http://www.uvadvantage.org/portals/0/pres/ Your Estradiol is to low and going on TRT will bring this up best levels if your SHBG is mid range is 20 pg/ml. Do you get night time and morning wood I think not, and going on TRT and getting your ratio of T to Estradiol up your wood will come back. Your Cortisol levels show me you have Adrenal Fatigue. Here are some FAQ's I helped do when I was a mod at STTM. http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=12 & t=256 It's hard to get a Dr. to treat Adrenal Fatigue this is a big problem and most people with this problem have a Thyroid Problem try doing this home test to see if your Thyroid is low. http://drbate.com/Ref/thyroid.html Your Panic Attacks can be due to your low hormones I had them for yrs until I found out I was Secondary my Pituitary dose not work so after finding this out only took me 23 yrs seeing all kinds of Dr.'s. I treat my low Testosterone, Cortisol, Thyroid, Ferritin, Aldosterone and Iron levels I am fine. Stop working out until you get started treating your bad Adrenals if you keep over doing it or do not listen to your body your going to stress your Adrenals even more. Here is a link on how I got started treating my low Adrenals and Thyroid. http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=5 & t=24 And this link is to my story. http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=5 & t=9239 You need to be free of cancer before adding testosterone to your body. Guest guest
Phil, I have an appt. with HAN and Dr. Overbeck tomoorow. I'm looking forward to it. I haven't been lifting weights in about a month. Just too tired and what's the use if nothing is happening. I will start back real light in a couple of weeks when I start to feel better. Do you think this is OK? I feel this is the next phase in my life. Things can be good, but i'm not young anymore. I have to really listen to what my body is telling me. Continue to learn. i'll check the link out that you posted. I've read your story. You've been down a tough road. It's great to see you're doing well. How has the lifting been going? As for the cancer, I'm told I'm free. Guest guest
Afer you appointment when we have all the medical and patient background then we will decide what the proper course of actions is. Guest guest
Saw HAN and Dr. Overbeck today. It was a great experience. Both men possess great knowledge in mens hormonal issues. Both men spent the better part of 2 hrs. with me. Where would you find this with an endo or uro? The starting regiment will be: a mega dose of vitamin D tapering down to a daily dose to address the low D issue. an herbal formulation from Future Formulations to address the adrenal issues. a 5mg compounded testosterone to start and tested in 2 wks to see how I am using it. a good multivitamin, one better than I am using now. To be honest, I could not take in all the information that was given. i do feel that i am in good hands. updates will follow to those men that may have similar labs. > > > > just got the lab results. i'm 49 & a testicular cancer survivor. i'm not going to list all of them because there's a lot of them. > > > > testosterone serum (total) 378 range 350-1030 > > bioavailable T 154 ng/dl range 95-350 > > LH 7.0 mIU/mL range 1.5- 9.3 > > FSH 15.4 mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > Estradiol, sensitive 14pg/ml range 3-70 > > T4 8.8ug/dl range 4.5-12.0 > > T3 uptake 35% range 24-39 > > progesterone 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > prealbumin 34mg/dl range 20-40 > > prolactin 4.4 ng/ml range 2.1-17.7 > > copper serum 22.0mg/dl range 70-155 > > thyroxine binding globulin 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > aldosterone 14.5ng/dl range 1.0-16.0 > > Norepinephine,P1 427pg/ml range 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > Insulin like growth factor 106ng/ml range 94-252 > > Lp-PLA2 60ng/ml range 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > Vitamin D 24.6ng/ml range 32.0-100 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > 24hr salivary cortisoland DHEA (Genova Diagnostics) > > early AM 0.96 range 0.27-1.18 NORMAL > > noon 0.08 range 0.10-0.41 LOW > > early PM 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 MARGINAL > > late PM <0.03 range 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > I know this is a lot of data to take in but any help would be greatly appeciated. Guest guest
HAN, as we spoke about, my sister suffers from fibromyalgia and I have a niece 15 yrs. old that was diagnosed with a form or autism known as Asperger syndrome. You know my history with testicular cancer. This type of cancer, although somewhat rare is on the rise. What might be the cause of this? Probably the shi% that is added to so many of the foods that we eat. I believe in your clinics approach and will speak with my sister and my sister inlaw about your expertise and direct them to you. > > > > > > > > > > just got the lab results. i'm 49 & a > > > testicular cancer survivor. i'm not going to list all of > > > them because there's a lot of them. > > > > > > > > > > testosterone serum (total) > > > 378 range 350-1030 > > > > > bioavailable T 154 ng/dl > > > range 95-350 > > > > > LH 7.0 mIU/mL range > > > 1.5- 9.3 > > > > > FSH 15.4 > > > mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > > > > Estradiol, > > > sensitive 14pg/ml range 3-70 > > > > > T4 8.8ug/dl range > > > 4.5-12.0 > > > > > T3 uptake 35% range 24-39 > > > > > progesterone > > > 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > > > > prealbumin 34mg/dl range > > > 20-40 > > > > > prolactin 4.4 ng/ml range > > > 2.1-17.7 > > > > > copper serum 22.0mg/dl range > > > 70-155 > > > > > thyroxine binding globulin > > > 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > > > > aldosterone 14.5ng/dl range > > > 1.0-16.0 > > > > > Norepinephine,P1 427pg/ml range > > > 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > Insulin like growth factor 106ng/ml > > > range 94-252 > > > > > Lp-PLA2 60ng/ml > > > range 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > Vitamin D 24.6ng/ml range > > > 32.0-100 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > 24hr salivary cortisoland DHEA (Genova > > > Diagnostics) > > > > > early AM 0.96 range > > > 0.27-1.18 NORMAL > > > > > noon 0.08 range > > > 0.10-0.41 LOW > > > > > early PM > > > 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 MARGINAL > > > > > late PM > > > <0.03 range > > > 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > > > > > > > I know this is a lot of data to take in but any > > > help would be greatly appeciated. Guest guest
Got my T cream this afternoon. I hope it will make me feel better. i've been using the adrenal support supplement and did a massive dose of vitimin D the last few days. Yesterday and today I didn't have the hypoglycemic lows like I've had the last 6 or so months. That's a huge relief for me. i hope it continues. I still lack vigor and stamina. I hope this comes with the TRT. It's a low dose though. > > > > > > > > just got the lab results. i'm 49 & a testicular cancer survivor. i'm not going to list all of them because there's a lot of them. > > > > > > > > testosterone serum (total) 378 range 350-1030 > > > > bioavailable T 154 ng/dl range 95-350 > > > > LH 7.0 mIU/mL range 1.5- 9.3 > > > > FSH 15.4 mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > > > Estradiol, sensitive 14pg/ml range 3-70 > > > > T4 8.8ug/dl range 4.5-12.0 > > > > T3 uptake 35% range 24-39 > > > > progesterone 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > > > prealbumin 34mg/dl range 20-40 > > > > prolactin 4.4 ng/ml range 2.1-17.7 > > > > copper serum 22.0mg/dl range 70-155 > > > > thyroxine binding globulin 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > > > aldosterone 14.5ng/dl range 1.0-16.0 > > > > Norepinephine,P1 427pg/ml range 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > Insulin like growth factor 106ng/ml range 94-252 > > > > Lp-PLA2 60ng/ml range 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > Vitamin D 24.6ng/ml range 32.0-100 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > 24hr salivary cortisoland DHEA (Genova Diagnostics) > > > > early AM 0.96 range 0.27-1.18 NORMAL > > > > noon 0.08 range 0.10-0.41 LOW > > > > early PM 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 MARGINAL > > > > late PM <0.03 range 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > > > > > I know this is a lot of data to take in but any help would be greatly appeciated. Guest guest
I've been on the 50 ml of compunded T for 9 days now. I really see no difference. Should I be seeing any improvement in the Wood area? None in the morning or throughout the day. god I feel old! I'm due for some testing of T, DHT, 24hr T and E2. I hope these show something. I want to get back to lifting weights. I estimate that I've lost about 15lbs. of muscle. The fat is still there though. I'm f'ing depressed. > > > > > > > > > > just got the lab results. i'm 49 & a testicular cancer survivor. i'm not going to list all of them because there's a lot of them. > > > > > > > > > > testosterone serum (total) 378 range 350-1030 > > > > > bioavailable T 154 ng/dl range 95-350 > > > > > LH 7.0 mIU/mL range 1.5- 9.3 > > > > > FSH 15.4 mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > > > > Estradiol, sensitive 14pg/ml range 3-70 > > > > > T4 8.8ug/dl range 4.5-12.0 > > > > > T3 uptake 35% range 24-39 > > > > > progesterone 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > > > > prealbumin 34mg/dl range 20-40 > > > > > prolactin 4.4 ng/ml range 2.1-17.7 > > > > > copper serum 22.0mg/dl range 70-155 > > > > > thyroxine binding globulin 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > > > > aldosterone 14.5ng/dl range 1.0-16.0 > > > > > Norepinephine,P1 427pg/ml range 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > Insulin like growth factor 106ng/ml range 94-252 > > > > > Lp-PLA2 60ng/ml range 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > Vitamin D 24.6ng/ml range 32.0-100 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > 24hr salivary cortisoland DHEA (Genova Diagnostics) > > > > > early AM 0.96 range 0.27-1.18 NORMAL > > > > > noon 0.08 range 0.10-0.41 LOW > > > > > early PM 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 MARGINAL > > > > > late PM <0.03 range 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > > > > > > > I know this is a lot of data to take in but any help would be greatly appeciated. Guest guest
its only been 10 days once the blood test come in then it will be increased according. 2 hours after application you are probably peaking about 300-350 because of the negative feed back loop from the brain. so you levels even may be lower then when you started but that should change, but this was anciprated and modification will be made immediatly. You will have our answer pretty sooon > > > > > > > > > > > > just got the lab results. i'm 49 & a testicular cancer survivor. i'm not going to list all of them because there's a lot of them. > > > > > > > > > > > > testosterone serum (total) 378 range 350-1030 > > > > > > bioavailable T 154 ng/dl range 95-350 > > > > > > LH 7.0 mIU/mL range 1.5- 9.3 > > > > > > FSH 15.4 mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > > > > > Estradiol, sensitive 14pg/ml range 3-70 > > > > > > T4 8.8ug/dl range 4.5-12.0 > > > > > > T3 uptake 35% range 24-39 > > > > > > progesterone 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > > > > > prealbumin 34mg/dl range 20-40 > > > > > > prolactin 4.4 ng/ml range 2.1-17.7 > > > > > > copper serum 22.0mg/dl range 70-155 > > > > > > thyroxine binding globulin 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > > > > > aldosterone 14.5ng/dl range 1.0-16.0 > > > > > > Norepinephine,P1 427pg/ml range 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > Insulin like growth factor 106ng/ml range 94-252 > > > > > > Lp-PLA2 60ng/ml range 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > Vitamin D 24.6ng/ml range 32.0-100 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > 24hr salivary cortisoland DHEA (Genova Diagnostics) > > > > > > early AM 0.96 range 0.27-1.18 NORMAL > > > > > > noon 0.08 range 0.10-0.41 LOW > > > > > > early PM 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 MARGINAL > > > > > > late PM <0.03 range 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > > > > > > > > > I know this is a lot of data to take in but any help would be greatly appeciated. Guest guest
I don't remember how long it takes on a compounded cream but with gels you feel it by now and if the dose is to low by the 2nd. week you would fall back. If you don't get wood it will be your low T to Estradiol ratio is off and you will need to get your T levels up. But if your Estradiol levels were high to start with going on this cream might make it go higher. We don't see wood real fast going on TRT it takes time. First you need to keep doing labs until your levels are up into the upper 1/3 of your labs range and you keep your Estradiol levels down to about 20 pg/ml. Then your body starts to undo any damage done by having low levels and you start to feel better a little everyday. This does not happen over night think about how long you were low. It takes time and one needs to keep doing labs going by how they feel and upping the dose until you feel good. Guest guest
You mean 10% right creams come mixed in % and yes 10 is strong all you can do is labs see how you look if they are not up onto the upper 1/3 of your labs range and you still don't feel great add more of this dose of cream. And make sure your keeping Estradiol levels down. Guest guest
It's been 6 days since I've been increased to 10% now. I feel no different. When the F will this stuff kick in? Guest guest
I don't remember what your levels were but if your very low you can feel a serge in your levels going on TRT in the first month on gels and creams. What can happen is you will get some sore and hard nipples much like we get with high levels of Estradiol levels. But in just starting TRT it is the change is T levels going up that do this. And it falls back quick as your body adjusts to the new levels. Some men feel better faster then others one reason for this is some men with low T are so low there Estradiol levels are low. So going on TRT brings there Estradiol levels up and they get there sex life back. Being to low on Estradiol will kill your sex live very fast faster then being to high. You need Testosterone to make Estradiol. Six days is not long enough to tell how your going to feel some Dr.'s give a big shot of Depo T to jump start there men when just starting TRT. Give it time if your not feeling better in 2 weeks call your Dr. and get tested some men have a thicker skin and gels and creams can't get through the skin. Even men starting on shots don't feel all that great this soon you need to get your levels up into the upper 1/3 of your labs range keeping your Estradiol in the zone say at about 20 pg/ml. Then you start to feel better a little everyday. After all it took yrs to get this low and it takes time to come back some it's a good yr. to get tuned up. Guest guest
After 2 wks on 5% I went from 388 to 544 T. Now I am on 10% but have not been tested yet. I feel no different in any ways. I don't have any problems with my nipples. My E2 was at 15 after the wk. blood test. ED and lack of libido are still with my big time. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > just got the > > lab > > > > results. i'm 49 > > > > > > & a testicular cancer survivor. i'm > > not going > > > > to list > > > > > > all of them because there's a lot of > > them. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > testosterone > > serum > > > > (total) > > > > > > 378 range 350-1030 > > > > > > > > > > > bioavailable > > > > > > T 154 ng/dl range 95-350 > > > > > > > > > > > LH 7.0 > > > > > > mIU/mL range 1.5- 9.3 > > > > > > > > > > > FSH 15.4 > > > > > > mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > > > > > > > > > > Estradiol, > > > > > > sensitive 14pg/ml range 3-70 > > > > > > > > > > > > > T4 8.8ug/dl > > > > > > range 4.5-12.0 > > > > > > > > > > > T3 uptake > > 35% > > > > range > > > > > > 24-39 > > > > > > > > > > > > > progesterone > > > > > > 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > > > > > > > > > > prealbumin > > > > > > 34mg/dl range 20-40 > > > > > > > > > > > prolactin > > 4.4 > > > > > > ng/ml range 2.1-17.7 > > > > > > > > > > > copper serum > > > > > > 22.0mg/dl range 70-155 > > > > > > > > > > > thyroxine > > binding > > > > globulin > > > > > > 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > > > > > > > > > > aldosterone > > > > 14.5ng/dl > > > > > > range 1.0-16.0 > > > > > > > > > > > > > Norepinephine,P1 > > > > > > 427pg/ml range > > > > > > 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > Insulin like > > growth > > > > factor > > > > > > 106ng/ml range 94-252 > > > > > > > > > > > > > Lp-PLA2 > > > > > > 60ng/ml range > > > > > > 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > Vitamin D > > 24.6ng/ml > > > > > > range 32.0-100 > > LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > 24hr salivary > > > > cortisoland DHEA > > > > > > (Genova Diagnostics) > > > > > > > > > > > early AM > > > > > > 0.96 range 0.27-1.18 NORMAL > > > > > > > > > > > noon > > > > > > 0.08 range 0.10-0.41 LOW > > > > > > > > > > > early PM > > > > > > 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 MARGINAL > > > > > > > > > > > late PM > > > > > > <0.03 range > > > > > > 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I know this is > > a lot of > > > > data to > > > > > > take in but any help would be greatly > > appeciated. > > > > I am > > > > > > experiencing ED, very low libido, night > > time > > > > sweats, poor > > > > > > sleep patterns, my remaining nut is > > about 1/2 the > > > > size it > > > > > > was 2 yrs. ago. Guest guest
After the next increase will look back into the thyroid and adrenal issues to make sure that the testosterone is not causing other hormones to go out of balance. Once we get total T and E in check through serum vs urinary out put then we will add in the hcg to give the final kick so to speak. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > just > > got the > > > > lab > > > > > > results. i'm 49 > > > > > > > > & a testicular cancer > > survivor. i'm > > > > not going > > > > > > to list > > > > > > > > all of them because there's a > > lot of > > > > them. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > testosterone > > > > serum > > > > > > (total) > > > > > > > > 378 range 350-1030 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > bioavailable > > > > > > > > T 154 ng/dl range > > 95-350 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > LH 7.0 > > > > > > > > mIU/mL range 1.5- 9.3 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > FSH 15.4 > > > > > > > > mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Estradiol, > > > > > > > > sensitive 14pg/ml > > range 3-70 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > T4 8.8ug/dl > > > > > > > > range 4.5-12.0 > > > > > > > > > > > > > T3 > > uptake > > > > 35% > > > > > > range > > > > > > > > 24-39 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > progesterone > > > > > > > > 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > prealbumin > > > > > > > > 34mg/dl range 20-40 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > prolactin > > > > 4.4 > > > > > > > > ng/ml range 2.1-17.7 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > copper serum > > > > > > > > 22.0mg/dl range 70-155 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > thyroxine > > > > binding > > > > > > globulin > > > > > > > > 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > aldosterone > > > > > > 14.5ng/dl > > > > > > > > range 1.0-16.0 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Norepinephine,P1 > > > > > > > > 427pg/ml range > > > > > > > > 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Insulin like > > > > growth > > > > > > factor > > > > > > > > 106ng/ml range 94-252 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Lp-PLA2 > > > > > > > > 60ng/ml range > > > > > > > > > > 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Vitamin D > > > > 24.6ng/ml > > > > > > > > range 32.0-100 > > > > LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > > > 24hr > > salivary > > > > > > cortisoland DHEA > > > > > > > > (Genova Diagnostics) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > early AM > > > > > > > > 0.96 range 0.27-1.18 > > NORMAL > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > noon > > > > > > > > 0.08 range > > 0.10-0.41 LOW > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > early PM > > > > > > > > 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 > > MARGINAL > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > late PM > > > > > > > > <0.03 range > > > > > > > > 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I > > know this is > > > > a lot of > > > > > > data to > > > > > > > > take in but any help would be > > greatly > > > > appeciated. > > > > > > I am > > > > > > > > experiencing ED, very low > > libido, night > > > > time > > > > > > sweats, poor > > > > > > > > sleep patterns, my remaining > > nut is > > > > about 1/2 the > > > > > > size it > > > > > > > > was 2 yrs. ago. Guest guest
How could the thyroid and the adrenals get wacked out this fast. My adrenals were questionable, but the thyroid looked ok the last time it was tested. In the last few days I feel like I actually worse. I feel hot a lot as well. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > just > > > got the > > > > > lab > > > > > > > results. i'm 49 > > > > > > > > > & a testicular cancer > > > survivor. i'm > > > > > not going > > > > > > > to list > > > > > > > > > all of them because there's a > > > lot of > > > > > them. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > testosterone > > > > > serum > > > > > > > (total) > > > > > > > > > 378 range 350-1030 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > bioavailable > > > > > > > > > T 154 ng/dl range > > > 95-350 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > LH 7.0 > > > > > > > > > mIU/mL range 1.5- 9.3 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > FSH 15.4 > > > > > > > > > mIU/dl range 1.4- 18.1 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Estradiol, > > > > > > > > > sensitive 14pg/ml > > > range 3-70 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > T4 8.8ug/dl > > > > > > > > > range 4.5-12.0 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > T3 > > > uptake > > > > > 35% > > > > > > > range > > > > > > > > > 24-39 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > progesterone > > > > > > > > > 0.8ng/ml range 0.3-1.2 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > prealbumin > > > > > > > > > 34mg/dl range 20-40 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > prolactin > > > > > 4.4 > > > > > > > > > ng/ml range 2.1-17.7 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > copper serum > > > > > > > > > 22.0mg/dl range 70-155 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > thyroxine > > > > > binding > > > > > > > globulin > > > > > > > > > 15ug/ml range 13-39 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > aldosterone > > > > > > > 14.5ng/dl > > > > > > > > > range 1.0-16.0 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Norepinephine,P1 > > > > > > > > > 427pg/ml range > > > > > > > > > 0-399 HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Insulin like > > > > > growth > > > > > > > factor > > > > > > > > > 106ng/ml range 94-252 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Lp-PLA2 > > > > > > > > > 60ng/ml range > > > > > > > > > > > > 131-199 LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Vitamin D > > > > > 24.6ng/ml > > > > > > > > > range 32.0-100 > > > > > LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > 24hr > > > salivary > > > > > > > cortisoland DHEA > > > > > > > > > (Genova Diagnostics) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > early AM > > > > > > > > > 0.96 range 0.27-1.18 > > > NORMAL > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > noon > > > > > > > > > 0.08 range > > > 0.10-0.41 LOW > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > early PM > > > > > > > > > 0.06 range 0.05-0.27 > > > MARGINAL > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > late PM > > > > > > > > > <0.03 range > > > > > > > > > 0.03-0.14 LOW > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I > > > know this is > > > > > a lot of > > > > > > > data to > > > > > > > > > take in but any help would be > > > greatly > > > > > appeciated. > > > > > > > I am > > > > > > > > > experiencing ED, very low > > > libido, night > > > > > time > > > > > > > sweats, poor > > > > > > > > > sleep patterns, my remaining > > > nut is > > > > > about 1/2 the > > > > > > > size it > > > > > > > > > was 2 yrs. ago. ED and lack of libido are still with my big time. That's a fairly low E2. Low enough to kill libido.
