Guest guest
Hi All, My father was diagnosed recently with a metastatic liver cancer. Normal medicine cannot cure it. Father is getting in the stage that the pain becomes too much to bare with paracetamol. I am not looking for a miricale cure (although would be happy to find one), just any idea to relieve the pain, have less constipation, less vomiting and if possible reducing the growth of the tumor in father's liver (the size of the tumor is pressing on other organs and giving the pain) Thanks SK How father is coping and we are helping at: Metastatic Liver Cancer <http://www.metastaticlivercancer.org>
Guest guest
Drkelley.com a book you can read on line and dr clark also has several on line you can read. There's more than the cancer video's I added to youtube.com to watch for info. I also just posted a new link of videos from nova. The pbs station to watch. For pain check into the organic coffee enemas found in dr Gerson's books and several other's. But I think you need to know if the bile ducts are blocked. A lot of pain is lack of minerals and omaga 3. [Castor oil packs can help to relieve pain sometimes. Google those words and Google " coffee enemas " for directions.] Blessings Debbie--- weeseekim888 wrote: > My father was diagnosed recently with a metastatic liver cancer. Guest guest
The following are the things that I've heard can be PARTICULARLY EFFECTIVE for pain relief: " DLPA [DL-phenylalanine] or high dose menadione. 75% of the time it works as well as morphine....DLPA can be picked up at the many/most vitamin stores. Usual dose is about 3 grams per day until pain is gone..slows the catabolism of the body's endorphins. Once management is achieved modulate at about 500mg per day. Menadione (vit K3)....is harder to find. It is easily available in tablet or injectable form in Mexico..Use levels in the 20-30 mg range IV or IM once a day.The injection dose is 20-50mg as the bisulfite. Bisulfites make useful addition products for aldehydes and methyl ketones. They are used as preservatives for wines, salads, etc. A few people have a sensitivity but I haven't seen it. Most physicians are afraid that they'll turn the blood to jello with this much K3. This isn't true. Chickens have been given 1,000 times the normal physiological dose of K3 and the only effect is that the blood clotting time is shortened by half. Some blood thinners can sometimes be used with K3 but you must be careful using blood thinners with cancer patients....[Menadione] is best used with Vit C [ & lipoic acid] " ( Gammill, vgammill@... [www.natural-oncology.org], 7/26/04) " Yugoslavian research in the mid 50's showed works as well as morphine for cancer patients 75% of the time. I have routinely observed pain reduction with menadione..Most physicians are afraid to use it in therapeutic dosages as part of an oncology protocol as they fear undesired blood clotting. This fear is unfounded. I often use dosages of over 100mg as the bisulfite which makes it water soluble " Gammill, 1/11/05 " I used to be significantly sensitive to sulfites and bisulfites. However, with.MSM (6 grams/day).I can now tolerate sulfites.
