Not a problem. You are welcome. I always have that list ready since

cholesterol comes up so often on this list and others that I am on. I would

be interested in what you think when you check them out.

Hi ,

I am only 23 and still living at home - my whole family was appalled

when I started this program. How could so much fat/protein be so

good for me? Especially with all the eggs I eat - Mum was always

saying " the cholesterol will clog your arteries!! "

BUT... it didnt take long for me to start feeling a lot better and

once they see you getting healthy they will eat their words!! Now

my dad even buys me the " extra fatty pork chops " that i put on the

shopping list LOL

==>Hi Surinta. No, that kind of increase is to be expected while the

body is detoxifying. Your doctor should know that because it is

straight out of medical textbooks! Duh?

+++Hi Mitch. That's good you want to make sure. I think these 2

article will help you understand why cholesterol is a non-issue when

it comes to health, heart disease, etc.:

1) What Causes Heart Disease?

http://www.westonaprice.org/moderndiseases/hd.html

2) Cholesterol and Heart Disease-- A Phony Issue:

http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/fats_phony.html

Besides the fact that " proper nutrition, " and eliminating toxins will

even correct DNA/genes according to many researchers, including Dr.

Weston A. Price.

per day and 2 tbs. of butter and organic sausages (gluten, nitrate and phosphorus

free) and other red minced meat/chicken meat -am I heading for a heart

attack?and of course-3 raw eggs plus maybe 2 more poached!

+++Hi Roslyn You wouldn't be worred about your cholesterol if you had read this

article, which is important reading for members of this group:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php

That is because the whole cholesterol theory is a total lie and scam!!

See this article on what " actually causes " heart disease:

http://www.westonaprice.org/moderndiseases/hd.html

Also this man ate 25 soft boiled eggs per day yet his cholesterol was low - go

figure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/eggs1.php

I do not recommend eating sausages unless they are free-off gluten, nitrates,

etc. - some local farmers may make healthy ones, or you can make your own with

ground meats, etc.

What form of meats are you having? Are they luncheon meats or the real thing?

I recommend getting the real thing and nothing that is processed.

cholesterol meds  ASAP and a very strong dose and I said I don't want to and she

said I'm putting a death sentence on myself LOL

+++Hi Madonna. Boy, his secretary sure is out of line!

What were your triglycerides, and what date did you have this test done?

All the best, Bee

perfect diet, and I still have heavy metals,  I thought with high cholosteral

there is not suppose to be much.

+++Hi Steve. Welcome to our group. Are you on my program (diet plus

supplements), since it is very effective at getting rid of heavy metals.

Also remember that while your body is detoxifying your cholesterol will go up as

part of the detoxifying process.

Since it takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy

it take some time for your body to clear out all of the heavy metals, depending

upon when you first acquired heavy metals, i.e. dental fillings, vaccines,

toothpaste, antiperspirants, etc. etc.

Just in case you aren't on my program please ensure you read two important

articles so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why:

1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php

2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php

Here's my article " Heavy Metals, Natural Chelation "

I have never paid much attention to the actual numbers because I make no effort

control Cholesterol. I imagine if you Google 'Effects of Low Cholesterol' you

would find information relative to what was written.

Joe

From: Nili Gitig

what is considered " too low " for cholesterol? I have always heard of too high

but never heard of too low.

You are smart not to let your Cholesterol level get too low but you didn't

mention whether or not the 'total' was low. With the brain the organ using the

most Cholesterol, you don't want to get too low because there's some evidence

that as we age, with a very low cholesterol the brain power is diminished and

perhaps some of the serious aging issues are the result.
