Guest guest
I just called the company and am being told that there is no soy of any type in Candex - and the lady who answered the phone is having someone-else call me back on Monday...so who knows. But, just wanted to let you know - sounds like you were right, Liz. Wonder why some of the distributor websites show differently... http://www.pureessencelabs.com/candex.php [ ] Re: Candex Interesting, it must be available with and without soy because my bottle didn't say soy. It also did not say 33% more. It is possible that this is a newer version or that they added the soy and it was cheaper to make 33% more LOL, wouldn't that be a shame. Here is one that doesn't say soy. <http://tinyurl. com/4mkdq4> > > > > > > has candex made anyones child worse? > > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
biotin made my son worse when yeast was still a problem. He never could tolerate biotin. I don't know why. I always thought it was because it made his yeast worse.
Guest guest
> > so biotin would made him worse too - if yeast was no longer a problem? Biotin is not an " anti-fungal " , it is what the body uses to " control " yeast. It does not actively kill it. My son tolerated biotin until his body was fully loaded, at which point it caused problems so I removed it. Dana

Guest guest
I guess I don't get it. I'm 44 and I've seen them since a little girl. Do people really think " they " are making some kind of deposits on those below to harm. Honestly, cars, motorclyes, boats, etc... all makes and models emit fumes. Isn't that what these chemtrails are, exhaust fumes from air craft? Guest guest
Hi Heleni, For a year, I did a yeast protocol with Candex (2 in the am, 1hr before breakfast and 2 in the pm, her after dinner). My daughter got worse. I thought that maybe there was so much yeast causing this reaction that I kept increasing the dose but nothing helped. I went back and forth with this for about a year. I finally called and was told to do half capsule AND that worked S

Guest guest
Hi Are you sure that what you are seeing is yeast? Could this be bacterial overgrowth rather? Overgrowths and die off actually can look quite alike sometimes so it can be very difficult to know what is happening at times. Sometimes when we have been in this situation (eg tonnes of times!) we test and we see some odd bacterial stuff going on. We have not had problems with yeast since SCD, but not so great bacterial overgrowths. I really believe some kids require antibiotics in these circumstances, not everyones view. We find often stools improve, behaviour improves with antibiotics, NOT what we used to find when was younger. Personally I believe Autisms symptoms are as a result of co-infections for many kids. Candex is good stuff and I suspect that if you are not seeing results using it after 10 months you may be barking up the wrong tree. Biofilms are another culprit for masking effectiveness of some products eg yeast as a component of a biofilm community would not be terribly affected by antifungal enzymes. I would discuss all your findings with your DAN and perhaps try another tact. Good Luck. Caroline xx
Guest guest
I don't know how much protein is too much, he has two small speedy sausages for breakfast and two more in his lunch box and has either one homemade burger, stewed meat or fish at dinner time with loads of vegetables, i was giving potatoes or pasta but cut them out and given more veg now. What is a CDSA, we are doing another poop test (the one that determines yeast and parasites, the past two have stated yeast problems but no parasites) in half term week. He has his probiotics in morning so it would be a nightmare as i would have to wake up at 4.30 am to give him more candex, could i try him on 2.5 capsules at night, on 2 capsules at the minute and we are having no issues with sleeping (as we were before) and he isn't taking charcoal at the minute as i only gave it to him when he was waking in the night. Guest guest
Thanks isobel, he has been having saac boulardii, CP1, lactobacillis duo & double strength aloe vera every morning and night and enteroccocus every night (it was shown in his last poop test that he was low in this one), he was rotating biocidin( 4 drops) & Oregon grape root (12 drops) and Kyolic extract(2.5ml) twice daily with food to no avail so swapped after last poop test to Oreganol P73 (4 drops) rotating with Goldenseal Root (10 drops) twice daily with food dropped the kyolic extract as it made his excema flare up terrible as did berry fruit (think it maybe salicylate issue) we are due to do a poop test in half term week, i realy can't see an end to this yeast - does it really take this long to get rid of!!
