Re: Re: Restless Leg Syndrome -- opinions?

LOL I know my suggestions of a good Multi Vitamin and Mineral are

impossible for some, but for those who can take such a supplement it is

suggested for sleep problems. I know that it can help. Why? My daughter,

was sleeping in the same room with her brother's wife, Sherrie for

about a month. After the first few nights Sherrie told me that was

not sleeping good, she would move around an awful lot and then would end up

sleeping on the floor. So I started on a good multi, actually it was

FLW which is a vascular cleanser as well as Multi-Vitamin and Mineral.

Within a couple of days was sleeping calmly in the bed all night

long. I forget how many I had her take but for sure probably more then

one. These are not the supplements that the big pharmacuetical companies

sell, or even Swiss. If anyone wants a list of ingredients just email and

give me a few days to find and reply to you.

Ross,

That is so funny - I am going to print this one out.

I suffered fromn RLS very badly - neurologist wanted to put me on

Parkinson medication to relieve the symptoms. I nearly freaked out

when I left her office.

What ended up working for me was getting enough iron and LOTS of

magnesium (>1000mg elemental Mg++/day). It's much easier to try these

things first.

Thanks, that's good to know. I really doubt that I even have it at

all. How would you know? Does it wake you up? My legs don't feel

any worse in the morning than at any other time. In fact, they're

horrible now, but that's from playing in the snow with the kids.

Man am I paying for it now, but it was worth it.

Thanks for the reply!

P.S. We were just watching the dog whimper and run in his sleep, and

laughing about giving him valium.

P.P.S. Your new sig line is hilarious!

Yes, we conquer them with the Mighty Remote Control of Justice.

Little did you gals realize that when you take the remote, the very

existence of the universe is in jeopardy!
