Doing pretty good. I've been taking walks, although not as many as I'd like, since my caregivers are in worse shape than I am (my mom, my brother!) Steve is working a lot, and taking sailing courses on the weekends, so he hasn't been around to walk me. Fortunately, my sister is back from Mexico, and she'll be up here in a coupke of days...and she's as athletic as I am. So, it works out, because I should be getting my strength back in time to walk like a maniac with her. She'll walk five times a day, five miles each time if need be!! When did you start Curves? I''ve been wondering when I should get started with my trainer again (non-Pilates...the other one.) Should I give myself a couple/few weeks to recuperate before I start back with weights (yes, I know...less than 20 lbs. for four to six weeks) and squats, etc..?

There are three locations of Good Vibrations. There are two in San

Francisco and one in Berkeley. The Berkeley one (which is the only one

I've been to) is on San Pablo near Dwight. Very helpful, non-judgmental

staff. They do also have a website at www.goodvibes.com.

Well, maybe he just did not feel comfortable. Some men

just are not into all that stuff. They like the basic

stuff. Maybe will try some positions but just not

into that stuff like we like. I am the aggressor in

my marriage when it come to sexual encounters. I mean

he initiates but when it comes to getting down and

dirty, I just got real freak in me and one thing about

it, I have never been ashamed to explore the body and

I love having intimate moments and having sex. Sorry

guys.

My husband just goes with the flow but now he would

not purchase any toys, etc. and bring home to use. We

have what we have because I bought them and he is

alright with that. He is just a little shy with some

of the stuff but like they say, a closed mouth don't

get fed. Okay, enough rambling.
