Guest guest
Thanks Glen! I will ask my naturopath about getting my hands on those herbs you mention. I know it is bad.... I had a barium enema xray done in March. They were not able to evaluate my bowel, saying I had " little in the way of mesentic fat, making evaluation of the bowel difficult. " What about colonics? I hear they can put things in the water to help rid you of these pathogens. Klebsiella pneumonia is very bad, I've had this a couple of times and have had to resort to antibiotics to get rid of it. There are antibiotic herbs that seem to have an affect on these kinds of bacteria, one is Uva Ursi (has anyone else taken this?) and the other is a Chinese herb concoction called Huang Lian Su. This last one is for bacterial dysentery and I use it because I go down to Mexico quite often (I have a house there). Glen. Guest guest
Dana, You can get the Chinese herbs anywhere there is a herbalist, or indeed the Internet. Incidentally, Klebsiella pneumonia has a symbiotic relationship with yeast, or so I'm told by my doctor. DMSA Backfire > > > > > > I have been taking DMSA 2 days a week for several weeks. Taking it 2 days a week is improper adminstration and guaranteed to make you very sick. If you want some chance of it helping, take 50-100 mg every 4 hours (round the clock, must get up at night) for 3 or more days in a row, skip at least as many and repeat. Most adults tolerate it fine that way. Andy . . .. . . . .
Guest guest
No I was thinking more about the " die off " effect and my son still nursing. I suppose that could be a bad thing...especially since up until now he has no Candida symptoms. Although lately he has been really itching his little nose a lot...hmmm, and the viscious cycle continues... Guest guest
Parasites??? Oh my, do tell Valentina. I know it's annoying but why dangerous?? He's 22months old and yes he drinks water. Although probably not as much as he should. How do I find out about parasites. Rana >Although lately he has been really itching his little > nose a lot...hmmm, and the viscious cycle continues... Guest guest
I had an abdominal xray done because I was CERTAIN I had extrapulmonary TB or something. My Infectious Disease specialist said I did not....I asked him to PROVE it to me by doing the xray. I was at my wit's end! I was about to get violent with him.... They found metallic foreign bodies in my appendix. The only metal I could ever recall swallowing was broken dental fillings. Many, in fact, over the years. So I looked up " dental fillings in GI tract " , which led me to mercury poisoning. I was absolutely astonished at what I had discovered! Suddenly EVERYTHING fell into place! I had been being treated for chronic fatigue syndrome, ADD, and narcolepsy for YEARS! Nobody ever told me the the root cause of all my symtpoms might be my dental work. And I don't think I would have EVER suspected.... I thought I was dying of some very rare, exotic disease or cancer! Or that I was going completely insane....but only in the sense that my brain actually thought it was really, really sick....even though doctors could find nothing wrong! I even tried to convince psychiatrists that I was schizophrenic! My brain was making me have drenching night sweats, and all sorts of weird symptoms, even though doctors said I was perfectly healthy! Unfortunately, an MRI ruled out schizophrenia, which is treatable, and without a diagnosis, I was untreatbale and still very, very ill. That xray saved my life! I have since found out that I am highly allergic to mercury.... Although probably not > as much as he should. How do I find out about parasites. Dangerous... because I had a very bad experience with them... Thinking back, it's just terrifying for me. My son had parasites when he was 1 1/2 yo. I tried everything I could to get rid of them, from drugs to herbs, plants... nothing really worked. It was like I was only making the matter worse. I would try a new treatment, a new drug, would go to the lab to test and they were gone. After 3 weeks another test, they were back - this time I had to try another drug because they would develop resistance to whatever I tried previously. And I kept doing this for a year and a half. Only when we started chelation, after a few months, his body just got rid of them. Finally. Without any special treatment... just chelation. In all this time, he had terrible rashes, every time I would give him a new drug or something he couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, he would vomit all the time... diarrhea, constipation, lots of problems. I was asking about the water, because usually you get it from water. You can find out if he is infested or not, testing. I guess here you need to ask your doctor to order a test. (I was lucky... I could test as much as I needed. It wasn't that expensive, and I didn't need any doctor). Maybe you want to read more about it here: http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~mow/intro.html My son had lamblia. Guest guest
I am on my way....thanks to you and others who share their experiences! It is so comforting to know that I am not the only one, and this has not been just my imagination for all these years. I will never be completely recovered, however, until I clean up ALL my dental work....as I am also highly allergic to many of the metal components of my 20 porcelain crowns. But at least I know what I need to do to get better now. It is the not knowing that is the worst.
