Could be an implantation bleed. Usually comes around 8-10 dpo. I sure hope

AF doesn't find you.

Lori,

I think that I remember posting that you can ovulate twice during a

cycle, but that it would happen within 24 hours of each other. Maybe you can

write or Charlotte and see what they have to say. Sorry that I

couldn't have been more help.

When did you ovulate? Sometimes, I spot during ovulation (which I think is

normal) , and it has been heavy on occasion. Does the 22-26 dates coincide

with ovulation? How long is your cycle?

I think either of the two tests below can indicate Hashi's if elevated...but

sometimes a person has one of them and not the other..so it's better to get

both of these:

Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO)

Thyroid antithyroglobulin

Hi Kallie. If he is suspicious of adrenal issues, he can do the ZRT

labs 24 hour cortisol saliva test. Check the LINKS section of this

site. It's around $155. He could also check his DHEA. Janie

> My son after a year of begging from me has finally taken his

temperature and of course it is very low. Since being on this list

I hear that the adrenals need to be tested. I have been unable to

find the email where it says what tests to do for the adrenals other

than cortisol levels. I also checked the files and couldn't find it.

Mention it to your doc since it could be med-related (akathesia) although funky since it only effected the neck and arm. If it worsens, call your doc. My best humble advice and just hazarding a guess....could also be stress-related. Donna wrote:

Good morning allI have a question and hopefully someone has a solution other than more drugs....lolI went to bed last night and when I was getting settled I started getting a feeling in my neck and arm that I can only describe as the feeling you get with "restless leg syndrome". It wasnt really painful but more aggrivating. I cant describe it as spasms but only felt a bit better if I tensed it up, stretched it and shifted back and forth. I took 3 tylenol to help me finally fall asleep about an hr after it started but I can still feel it this morning in my neck area and upper arm. Im due to switch my patch this morning but because it leaves me very foggy I'm trying to wait until after I get out of work. Its going to be a lonnnnggg day!If anyone has any suggestions, ideas or solutions...that would be awesome!I hope

that everyone has a great day!HugsDonna

It has happened in my legs for years when Im REALLY overtired. I

know I was pretty tired last night but not exhausted. Ive been

having problems with the night time tremors for month..they seem to

have settled down some since I stopped taking the muscle relaxer at

night..I get them a little bit but only if I havent given myself a

chance to relax before bedtime.

I am exhausted today from this but hopefully a few cups of coffee

and my Provigil will help me get through the day. Thanks Barbara.

Pamela, gee wiz my sweet friend, call your private doctor and tell is emergency. Or go to the teaching Hospital to their ER and see if they can do something for you. Know that sounds like alot when you hurt so much and are so scared. But just might get doctors who will do MRI and/or CT Scan, blood work.......but at least give one of these a try please my sweet friend. I am so sorry Pam, love you lots.

I have neither but have a question for you. How severe is your

spasticity? Reason - during the days that I went totally rigid not

only did my blood pr. go through the roof but the muscles

controlling lung expansion clamped down as well. I was breathing

very swallow. A deep breath hurt like heck. I really hadn't

associated that with rigidity until the Valium made it all go away.

Just something else to think about!
