It does. I have been working late so the morning is the only time I have to

exercise. I used to get up early every day and exercise. I need to get that

habit back.

Brag as much as you like, Di. Wow, almost 700 miles! Now for comparing apples and oranges.... I feel like a human being today. House neat thanks to fly lady, physical therapy 1 hour of pool time with walks, lunges, squats, and my own one legged balancing act. I followed that by going to the grocery store and spending too much, a trip to the Pasta Factory where I got Lise a fettuccini alfredo bowl but , ta da, I didn't order for myself. Then off to In and Out Burger where I ordered 2 protein burgers for myself. I did have a diet pepsi but what the hey, then I went to the optometrists and picked up my glasses, went to Lise's and gave her the fettuccini and some stuff I bought for her at the store, picked up Jerry at work so he could bring in the groceries and take the car for a doctor's appt. I did all this using only the walker and even as we speak I am on my 4th sports bottle of spring water. I'm aiming for 100 oz. a day. Now have I bragged enough?
