well i got in an hour and a half with the trainer so thats my second session

for this week i need to get in another half hour tomorrow to make the

challenge

I want all of you exercisers to know that you have inspired me to get up at

5 am three times this week to exercise before work. Dh was amazed.

Well I walked Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. And I should get

my butt downstairs right now and walk but all I feel like doing is

eating and vegging.

I walked every day, cept Monday for a total of 38 miles and there is a 12

mile walk scheduled tomorrow :-))

I just checked my January and February calendars and on the 22 nd of both

months I had accumulated 117 miles, and 687 miles since I started training

on October 1.............. I must be dreaming

Ok!!! no more bragging!!!

a........ You got the brochure.... are you considering crewing or

volunteering??

I will keep my promise.

great going dianne you must be solid muscle there girl what does DH think of

the bod??? does walking all those miles get rid of the celulite???

Two days I rode my stationary bike for 40 minutes, did 25 jumping jacks and

did a three minute cool-down.

Yesterday morning I did 30 minutes on my bike along with upper body weights

and jump rope.

Can you tell my pants are really tight? This takes drastic measures.

It does. I have been working late so the morning is the only time I have to

exercise. I used to get up early every day and exercise. I need to get that

habit back.
