OK, Joanne. I promised Dianne that I would join her in a walk today. I did not join her at 1:00 but I did walk 55 minutes! So let's go, let's go. I do feel better. Are you hopping on yours tonight? I sure hope so.

Here I come

OK everyone, watch out. We just put my new stationary bicycle together. I am now going to be a bike riding maniac. Just watch the pounds drop off. When we get the weight training aparatus together, I will have the complete home gym (AND NO EXCUSES). Phil , a work out specialist, from here, just wrote a book on how the right exercise will get the GH pumping again for us oldies. I have told DH that he is going to be my personal trainer (cross your fingers). If I can get the muscle burning the fat, then I know I can get this weight off.

I had fish deep fried with Keto Bread Crumbs in olive oil for supper. Also had squash and zucchini coated and fried. It was yummy. Come on a......time for an exercise challenge. I just got on long enough to try it out. But I am going to get back on in a few minutes. New England just won the Super Bowl.....not that I really care, but it is on the TV.

We haven't put the weight training thing together yet. I thought I was doing good getting DH to help with the bicycle for today. We will work on it this week. Not sure how much is involved in putting it together, but we always manage to make it harder than it needs to be....LOL.

I downloaded an excerpt...did you see he mentions an eight week period...maybe we should do an eight week challenge, what do you say? From February to the end of March, make up our minds to FOR SURE, exercise three days a week or more. NO COMPROMISE, NO DEVIATION!!!!!! Who is in?????
