Sad story, a national charity in the UK who provide help to people who

are both deaf and blind is now in financial troubles.

The have prduced and ready to mail a charity request that contains a small

amount of highly scented bath salts... they are using it to illustrate

how other senses can be used to communicate.

They now have to abandon their campaign, it has cost them over half a

million pounds (750,000 US$).
