The site doesn't offer a clue as to how to become a member. I'm sure it's a

closely held secret.

Let's hope somebody can break it and find out just who is behind it.

Might be a hoax. However, I would still like to know who's behind it.

I got that far also, but in order to go further, I think they would have to

disclose the name of their client. Whether or not they are willing to do that

or now, we'll see.

That is creepy!!! It almost seems like something the government would do. I

Question to one of our resident attorneys? Would it be possible to

file a subpoena for the site records, in order to get a copy of

any " blacklist " . I mean, do you have to hack someone off

politically to get there, etc. Looks to me like libel- or a way to

ruin a persons employability.

What if someone doesn't like you very much, such as a trainee you got punted

during his new-hire process; or someone you yourself fired many years ago;

or someone who hates you just because you dated the same person many years

ago; gets access to this list and puts YOUR name on it?

I've been doing this for 26 years, in Texas and other states, so I can say

without any doubt I have made enemies. This site is creepy. How do they

verify you deserve to be on this list?

How do they verify non-published charges against a person? How can they

make sure the names on the list really did what they are accused of? They

can't, except for using court documents, newspaper articles, or other " hard

copy " sources. If I say Gene was a lousy medic when he treated my third

cousin's half-brother twenty years ago, yet am unable to produce

documentation, or Gene says I killed his second cousin twice removed

twenty-plus years ago while a basic EMT student doing my rotations, yet

again no documentation exists. How do you verify innuendo? How do you

prevent someone from being added to this McCarthy-esque list just because

someone hates them enough to do so? They CAN'T.

I thought stuff like this died with Joe McCarthy. I guess I was wrong.

How STUPID can someone actually be to create a website like this? I

hope the creators of this site are exposed and subsequent civil actions,

law suits, and actions from DSHS are taken.

To subpoena any documents, you would have to file a

lawsuit. If the documents were in the possession of

someone who was not a named party in the suit, the

person possessing them could be subpoenaed deliver the

documents at the time of a deposition, a hearing, or

for the trial of the case.

If the documents were in the possession of a party to

the suit, during the discovery process, the Defendant

could be served with requests to produce documents, or

to allow the inspection of the documents.

I'm not the most proficient programmer in the world, but my very

elementary review of the source of the page reveals a form that

doesn't submit any information to anything other than itself. It

literally counts the number of times you attempt to login and gives

you an escalating response.

Seems someone may be having a laugh at our expense.
