Hi Tory!

Great to hear you're still doing so well :)

I've been reading, but no time to post much anymore.

Just wondering if you'd care to share just what that " outstanding

3.5 point breakfast sandwich " consisted of? Im always looking for

yummy breakfast ideas (to replace my Hardees " fix " I don't get

anymore, LOL)

Oh yeah!

1/2 cup egg beaters with a healthy dash of Mrs. Dash, a few drops of

tabasco, and two drops of sesame oil.

2 slices whole wheat, reduced calorie bread (toasted)

1 triangle of lowfat Laughing Cow cheese

2 slices center cut bacon

Spray a microwave dish with pam (I use a coffee cup so that the egg is

the right shape/size for the bread) and pop egg mixture in microwave to

two minutes. At the same time, wrap the bacon in two thick sheets of

paper towel and cook that.

Toast the bread

Spread the cheese on the bread.

Drain the eggs (there's always a bit of liquid) and pop on the bread

with the bacon

Put on a nice plate

Pour yourself a cup of coffee

Sit down and enjoy

I'm not eating my Aps daily, but I am eating flex points on the weekend.

What I did, though, was stay at the same level the last two weeks. I

normally add 9 points on Friday and up to 19 on Saturday and Sunday

each. (How this works out is that I used to bank on the other plan.

Friday I would eat all my points plus the 4 Aps allowed. Saturday and

Sunday I would eat all my points, the 4 Aps as well as go into the bank

up to 10 points.)

Instead of just adding 9 on top of the extra points I ate, I'm just

eating as many as I'd normally eat at the lower range. Before going up

to 27 I was at 24. Yesterday I actually didn't go into the flex points

much at all just because I ended up eating pretty low all day. Sometimes

it just works out that way.

Last week: 115.8

This week: 114.8

Two weeks ago: 116.8

Hmm, I sense a pattern...

Hope it lasts, but not too worried if it doesn't. I suspect the drop was

due to not eating enough this week and I should prepare myself for a

gain next week when I eat normally again. Hope it doesn't mean on my

weak week I lost muscle mass.
