Guest guest
I can't find my garlic press, so I was looking at spices at the store just out of curiosity, and minced dried garlic (Cain's brand) says ingredients are GARLIC and that's it... so I looked at dried, minced onion and the same thing... I'd assume the minced wouldn't cake so it wouldn't need a starch to help make it more free flowing... but does anyone know if they are for sure legal? Thank you! We just use McCormick here. K
Guest guest
I'm replying to myself hoping that someone migiht knowthe answer to this since I didn't get a response earlier... I've been using these two spices after I got tired of smashing garlic with a sppon since I can't find my press (I know, just buy a new one HAHA) but I really want to be sure they are legal... ??? Should I write the company? I know dried spices are legal, but I always see everyone using fresh garlic and onions, but the dried is so much more convenient for every day use... Robbie ..
