I can't find my garlic press, so I was looking at spices at the store just out

of curiosity, and minced dried garlic (Cain's brand) says ingredients are GARLIC

and that's it... so I looked at dried, minced onion and the same thing... I'd

assume the minced wouldn't cake so it wouldn't need a starch to help make it

more free flowing... but does anyone know if they are for sure legal?

Thank you!

Robbie McCormick Spices are all mostly just spice unless otherwise noted on

the package. If found this out when I stared the gfcf diet. Its listed on

their website www.gfcfdiet.com . We just use McCormick here.

I'm replying to myself hoping that someone migiht knowthe answer to this since I

didn't get a response earlier... I've been using these two spices after I got

tired of smashing garlic with a sppon since I can't find my press (I know, just

buy a new one HAHA) but I really want to be sure they are legal... ??? Should

I write the company? I know dried spices are legal, but I always see everyone

using fresh garlic and onions, but the dried is so much more convenient for

every day use...
