Guest guest Posted July 23, 2005 Report Share Posted July 23, 2005 Last Week- Had the Hula Hoop pic's taken (Alberta and I ) at the Cyber Tops Dinner. Have been waiting for the pic's , but they have not been emailed to me as of yet. BUT, they were taken- no proof. I did get in some walking About 5 miles last week, plus 4 hours exercise. Contacted team before I left. Drank all my water, had too it was awfully dry up there. It stayed aout 100 % all the time and the wind was blowing just about all the time also. The cards I mailed to team some came back for some reason ! Next time it happens I will check with them to see why. This week , Gain 1 lb. below goal 5 1/2 lbs, thank goodness I had a week before weigh-in. I usually always lose at Conventions. Contact team members tomorrow. Have drank my water Exercised 9 hours walked 7 miles 4 hours exercise at Re-hab Machines 3 hours Kept food chart Started one for last week, but eating times were so irregular at IRD - just gave up on it Don't know what the challenge was for this week. Where did we set at last week on the list? Anyway, TOPS hugs to all, Will have to go to web sight to read all the emails. Thanks and ny for the ride home one night, we were really tired. The gal we met from Nebraska was really a great gal ! She gave us rides most times to the Sessions. She is a sweet one and really a keeper !!!!
