Hi ...

Depending on your size your could possibly drop 5 or 6

pounds a week... But to drop 44 pounds in 36 is way to

much.. and I highly doubt that is possible.

I have personally seen people drop 5-6 pounds a week

consistantly for many months until nearing their goal

weight.. but once you get close the rate of loss does

slow down some.

I think 20 pounds in a month is more realistic but you

would have to eat only certain foods to do it.. and a

lot of this will depend on what your weight is

presently..

I would not like to see someone that has a starting

weight of " under " 200 pounds drop this fast..

Hi ...

One only needs to look at the balance on the pyramid

to know the correct way you should be balancing your

food intake..

I am not one that believes in low carbing, I believe

in the right carbs..

Just check out that purple stripe on the New Pyramid

which represents " meats and beans " and see how thin it

really is!!!

I just want to get as close as possible. I know people that has lost

50 pounds in 3 months from South Beach diet so I know it is

possible. Even ones where that's all they had to lose. As long as I

get as possible I'll be happy.
