It really hasn't slowed down. I mean it has some. I've lost 4 pounds

on phase 2 so far and i'm on my 6th day of that.

My hubby says exercising will actually start making me more awake

instead of tired like i am now i can't wait for that. There's no I

could ever get up that earlier. Shoot I have trouble getting up

before noon lol. I read somewhere that if you eat breakfast before

you exercise then it burns up that instead of stored fat which makes

you hungrier and more tired. I forget where I read that though. I'll

have to find it. Oh well no matter when I exercise at least I'm

doing it lol.
