Guest guest
I didn't mean to spread misinformation I was stating what I did was wrong and that I don't recommend it. That's all. I will no longer mention anything that is not south beach diet approved. i won't talk about cheating, i won't talk about what i did wrong in the past. i won't say anything like this anymore. it just gets me yelled at. i won't say what i learned. i'll just say congratulations and ask for help when i need it. i just wanted people to learn from my mistakes and not do what i did. that's all. that was my intention. > > THIS IS MY LAST PAST TO YOU BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO GET INTO. > > I MADE MISTAKES IN THE PAST. Guest guest
I think that is fine. We ALL do it. I'ts just that the newbies need the "RIGHT" information and then they can do what they need to do for them. If you get the idea you can eat popcorn and the bars at the beginning and it doesn't work for you, then you will blame the plan. You won't know that's the reason if you think it's "the right" thing to do. I think people here just want the newbies to know what is the "right" way and then they can choose how to change it for themselves. Carol Re: re: Hospital Stay Ideas WOW- I don't see her posts that way at all! I don't eat popcorn or bars because I am trying to change my eating habits and those things will trigger munchy foods in me.............after all who can stop at one bar? I certainly can't. But you old timers understand the ins and outs better then me. I read the posts, consult me book, and decide what will work for me. I think that is what is doing too but adding in stuff that works for her. Internal Virus Database is out-of-date. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
