Thanks Rogene,

Yeah you're right, I need to do less. It's difficult as a single mom

though but all I can do is my best. I'm such a " go getter " and I am

not fond of laziness. Yeah, sitting on the pot is where I'm going to

have to go and meditate so I will give it try! :) Thanks for your

advice my dear!

much) to short stents . . . like five minutes on the treadmill. . .

Then give yourself a few minutes of resting (or doing something else

non-physical) before continuing. Those little rest breaks can make

all the difference. In time, you should be able to increase your

time . . . but your body is telling you it's not ready right now.

However, you may experience a crash afterwards. Please keep a food

diary to see if this is happening. I can understand the desire to eat

like everyone else, but if it's causing you to crash, you may find

it's not worth it.

minutes to concentrate on deep breathing and relaxing can be as

beneficial as a nap during mid day. If you'll program yourself with a

positive message during each meditation, you'll soon reprogram your

subconscious to anticipate health, rather than illness. It really is

as simple as it sounds!

Cherie,

Adding a bit of fruit or a bit of yogurt (even the sweetened stuff) can make Kefir delicious! . . .

Or, you can let the curds develop well then sprinkle them on a salad! . . . Kinda like Feta cheese. . . Delicious!

Dom's Kefir has a lot of ideas for how to make home made Kefir tasty.

Rogene

Hi Krista

Thanks so much for being here for me, I so appreicate you! You are

an angel from God in my eyes!

Your so funny.....yes, I am having one to two bowel movements a day.

I am actually going to have colon hydrothereapy done on Sunday the

17th. I ND recommended it and I found out that Ph has it done too.

I'm not sure if it will help me feel better but maybe I can clean out

my bowels. I drink as much water as I can, water gives me pain too,

bad squeezing pain under my ribcage. I tried liver detox on my own

and had HORRIBLE skin itching. I just finished a cleansing tea that

I had been drinking for 2 months and that cleased my liver, bladder

and kidneys. Still feel the same though.

Thanks again for all you advice and helping me " snap out of it "

today! :)

Love ya!

Hey Cherie,

You've been there for us as well...so thank you! We're all in this together and learning from one another and healing each other.

I too was always a go getter and and get it done type woman. I think that's one of the biggest struggles is not getting everything accomplished that you want to. But, does it truly matter right now? No, just do what you can and let the rest go. It's a hard lesson but if you overdo yourself now, your body won't heal the way it needs to. Mercola says, slow and steady wins the race with this. Eventually you will be back to your old ways only wiser and you'll be able to balance. Balance is the key to health, happiness, practically everything! Wish I had known that before I blew out my adrenals from trying to do too much!!

So here's the link again. I think because it's so long it doesn't work when you click on it. If you copy the whole thing and put it in the url it should work. If not, you can search it on www.amazon.com The name is Daily Moments in His Presence by Frances J.

http://www.amazon.com/DAILY-MOMENTS-PRESENCE-Frances-/dp/1597898341/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1202326940 & sr=8-1

Hang in there, girl! Love, PH

Rogene,

I will take your advice and stop the anti-fungal and just stick to my

probiotics. I do not think I'm ready for enzymes as of yet, I tried

taking one last week to see if it would help and after only taking

one, my pain was horrible. Body said NO!

Yes, I just started drinking Kefir last week. My ND wants me on Kefir

on day and switch every other day with plain yogurt. I have been on

8oz of plain yogurt now for two months. Maybe I should have both each

day, what do you think? Do you know the difference between the two

or are they really the same?

necessary for nutrition can do their job. If you've been on

antifungals for some time, it's time to stop and concentrate on

Probiotics . . Digestive enzymes could help . . . Just chewing your

food very thoroughly can help digestion too. Have you tried

Kefir? . . . The fermentation process makes it easily digestable . ..

it's probiotics help too.

Hi ,

I recently tried enzymes and my body said No! I had horrible

sqeezing pain when I took just one. I have also tried some of the

garden of life products in the past and my body could not handle them.

How are earth have you handled having gas for 3 years? Do you have

pain when you eat anything or is there certain foods that trigger it?

Thank you Rogene,

Cherie,

I'm going to recommend something I've never recommended before.

It's obvious you are feeling really, really stressed by following an antifungal diet . . .

That's no good . . .

Maybe if you took some time off . . . ate whatever you want to eat and did whatever you want to do . . . you could get rid of the stress . . .

Then, if you felt worse, you'd know how important your program is, and it would be easier to stick to . . . The worst that could happen is that you'd have to back up and treat fungal issues for a while longer. . . . As I see it, you wouldn't feel any worse than you're feeling now.

In the meantime, you'd have a few days to endulge yourself. That alone could be worth it!

Hugs,

Rogene

Yes, I am on a supplement called Oregancillin. I've been on it for

about 2 months now. I tried caprylic acid before explant and the

inside of my nose swelled up and it's still swollen today. My body is

super...super sensitive. It gets my nerves that it's so sensitive.

I am afraid to try an enema, liver detoxes make my skin itch horribly

all over my body. Maybe the future I can.

Cherie,

Kefir and yogurt are different . . . I would expect the probiotic organisms to be a bit different . . . Both are really healthy foods. . . Especially if you're making your own Kefir.

Christmas,) and I deserve it! Who knows..I may feel horrible all next

I gave in to Puczki Day yesterday- a Polish tradition in Detroit that happens just once a year. Puczki's are like donuts, but with something like 4 times the fat content, and God knows how much more sugar!!

I ate three and still feel sick today, but it was worth it.

At least I didn't partake in this tradition:

Another cultural phenomenon is the emergence of the "P±czki Challenge." A eating contest in which individuals attempt to race from one side of a room (non - standard) while eating as much or as many P±czki as they can before reaching the other side. The person to reach first and having eaten the most P±czkis wins. Typically a ratio of 1 P±czki for every 10 steps is considered competitive..

Rogene, Ya know, I thought about doing that to but I think I would calm down and continue back on the diet and then get stressed again. I need to find my own way to deal with this stress that really works for me. Chatting with all you ladies today has helped me tremdously. I do not have anyone but you ladies to talk to about this or to really get any comfort. I've stressed myself out because I follow this diet very well and still have all this pain. I do not believe the pain will go away until I have got this yeast under control. Do you agree? Cherie,

I wish I knew exactly what's going on with you . . .

From the outset, you've had more problems that anyone we've seen with everything. Undoubtely, yeast has been a problem . . . I say that because virtually all the women who come to the group sooner or later decide the must get fungal issues under control if they're going to move on.

However, if you've been faithful to your diet, and taking antifungals, you should have fungal issues under control. . . However, that's just two parts of a three part program. The other part is getting those good organisms found in probiotics to take up residence in your body again. The organisms come from foods like Kefir, sauerkraut, yogurt, etc. as well as probiotics supplement like Primal Defense.

Since so many things you put into your body make you sick, you may want to concentrate on getting stuff OUT of your body first. .. i.e. coffee enemas, Epsom Salt baths, Colonics, liver flushes, sanua, foot baths, etc. while you go easy on what you're putting in.

I'm visualizing a liver that's overflowing with toxins from your implants, your environment, meds, etc. . .

It takes guts to keep experiementing, when you don't know if it's going to make you feel worse for a while . .. but that's what it takes! . . .

A huge part of getting better is summoning the determination to find, and stick with, your program. We can help you with ideas and encouragement . . . but you have to live with the results! . . . So chose wisely! I know you can do it!

Hugs,

Rogene

, You must have good will power - I am by no means healthy here and need major detox still. Just got off a round of antibiotics - oh joy! I am sure the fungus is a raging! Need to order some GOL Fungal Defense and take the bottle (he he). I still cheat though, I just do... Got to live some sort of life if at all possible and it chocolate is my comfort. I just make sure it is the lowest sugar I can find - usually 6 grams, dark and organic (OH YUMMY).Hugs, Lynn> > >> > > Hi Ladies,> > > > > > I really need for you all to chime in.....I'm at my wits end! Rogene, I have often thought that there is still something else going on with me however I can't figure out what it is. Still now breakthrough on that. I believe that's what truely frustratiing me! I keep praying that I will know soon.... Hugs, Cheriesaxony01 <saxony01@...> wrote: Cherie, I wish I knew exactly what's going on with you . . . From the outset, you've had more problems that anyone we've seen with everything. Undoubtely, yeast has been a problem . . . I say that because virtually all the women who come to the group sooner or later decide the must get fungal issues under control if they're going to move on. However, if you've been faithful to your diet, and

taking antifungals, you should have fungal issues under control. . Hugs, Rogene
