HI Dana,

When i first had my implants put in 3 years ago there was nothing

that anyone could have told me to make me change my mind becuase i

wanted them for so long. I heard all of the horror stories of what

could be but " yea yea, It wasent going to happen to me " . My point is

i never listened and i know people are going to do what they want,

as i did, but if you do decide to get implants please be prepared to

have money put aside to have them removed at some point. I was told

about the obvious risks that any surgery holds but i was never told

about the consequences they can have on your body because

supposidly they " are safe " . I was 28 when I had mine put in three

years ago and will be having them removed on Feb 20. Not only are

they as expensive to take out as they are to put in, sometimes more,

but i am going to another state to have them removed properly in an

effort to get my health back. I am in no way trying to scare you or

force my views onto you but please make you you research everything.

There is no way of knowing if you wil be affected by implants but

the consqeuences of finding that out are really not worth it! I find

it so ironic that i was so exicted to finally get my implants and

now i am equally excited to have them removed. February can not come

fast enough. Whatever you decide to do, take care of yourself.

your precious life. Sometimes it takes many years for symptoms to

appear, but they will, and you will blame everything but the

implants...that is what I did.

have been giving support to sick women here in Canada, and the last

time that I counted there were more than 3000 women who had

contacted me. My name has been removed from our Ilena's website by a

court order...this should make you wonder why.
