We co-sleep here as well. In fact, we have our queen size bed and a twin

size bed in our room right now. Mom, Dad and baby Mae (15 months) in the big

bed and (4) in his twin bed. The beds are pushed together to make

one big bed. I like this setup rather well, but DH is ready to move

to his own room and put Mae in her own bed in our room. We need to make room

for baby #3 that is on the way. :)

I guess I should add a story to my responds. Before I had the girls I

planned on having them in a crib. I made up a nice little nursery for them

and bout a crib and changing table. Well, we changed our minds the first

night sine I was up every hour nursing one of them. Co-sleeping has saved my

sanity and helped me get more sleep. A week after they were born I sold

their crib, sold our Queen size bed and with the money I bought a king size

bed and two side rails! Quite a switch!

We started our six month old daughter sleeping with us, but found that by

the time she was four months old she wanted her own bed. I got lots of

sleep with her in bed at first, but now we do it her way and I get more

sleep this way too!! I miss having her with me.
