word help

The patient is having stools every 3-4 days. They are large in caliber. No

blood associated with them, or s/l incolpretic soiling.

Whaat? Can't find this on a word search or anything. any ideas?

The first is probably Gardnerella vaginalis.

This dictator is just full of terms and words I've never heard. I've managed to

find all of them except this one. I found heterozygous in the dictionary and

Stedman's GI words but can't find the s/l. It would help if she didn't have

such a thick accent!

1.. Heterozygous s/l heratari hemochromatosis. At this point, we will not

treat due to the patient's anemia.
