It's only 10:30 here. Maybe I could mix a little 's of Kahlua (sp?) with

my coffee...

Word Help

First dictation of the day - sheesh. This guy is known for making up his

own words or pulverizing them, and I've searched both medical and nonmedical

dictionaries and come up with zilch.

S/l adreolated.

" He was noted to have an essentially normal MRI and negative SI joints with

no disc herniation. Mild s/l adreolated changes were noted. No focal

stenosis, herniation, or protrusions. "

Thank you Jan! I appreciate it. I was going nuts putting different things into

Google and coming up with nothing. I didn't think it had to do with a problem

from charcoal briquettes :)

Word help

The patient had a sudden onset of high fever, myalgias, and rash over most

of his body, sparing his face and the soles of his feet. The differential

diagnosis includes Kawasaki, an enterovirus, toxic shock, erythema multiforme,

and s/l " briquette seal " disease. Any ideas?

Thanks!
