Guest guest
The first is probably Gardnerella vaginalis. Monika word help > **s/l gerdinela** vaginalis which has been previously...this is how the doc dictated the spelling. I can't seem to find anything close to it. > > Also doc gives pt Flagyl 250 mg t.i.d. and also give s/l **2 grams** to her sexual partner. I looked up that drug and don't seen where there is a dosage for that. > > Any help would be great! > > > > >

Guest guest
This dictator is just full of terms and words I've never heard. I've managed to find all of them except this one. I found heterozygous in the dictionary and Stedman's GI words but can't find the s/l. It would help if she didn't have such a thick accent! 1.. Heterozygous s/l heratari hemochromatosis. At this point, we will not treat due to the patient's anemia.
