Yes, you definately begin to feel like a pin cushion but at least it helped relieve my symptoms and I was able to spend more time with my kids. This was important for me since my son had just turned 1 when I was diagnosed and my daughter was only 7. will have to travel about an hour to nearest acupuncturist and things are a bit overwhelming with work (oh to work in an building where people such as acupunturists are - but I think I would much rather have the country life), so it will definitely be my new years resolution to become an acupunturist's pin cushion.thanks again and best wishes

Hi -Joy

You are doing so well. I do know the feeling that people think you are

lazy, but I am so impressed at your coping strategies.

Before I was diagnosed I used to feel that there was a very large

magnet above me just draining all my energy, now I know I have PSC I

just pace myself during the day.

As an aside I get a lot of benefit out of walking, a friend and I try

to walk about 30 mins everyday, but then she goes a has a game of

squash (handball) while I have to sit and read the paper before I move

onto what is happening next and I also always wondered why people could

party until the wee small hours, whereas I would be heading for bed at

10pm.

Perhaps we could start a PSC settlement on the Mediterranean, where

everyone else would have a midday siesta the same as us!!

Best wishes from the bottom of the world in New Zealand
