Guest guest
Hi Zephyr, We just got home from swimming lessons and I haven't really checked what I have on hand yet. I am thinking I have some pork chops in the freezer, so we will probably have those grilled. I know I have some yellow squash and green beans, so I will grill those up too. Maybe some couscous, haven't had that in a while and fresh bread. Maureen What is on the menu Tuesday? Citrus Punch GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!!!! Guest guest
mmmmm! That sounds great! I will have to try this, thanks -- Re: What is on the menu Tuesday? We are having a skillet supper: turkey polska kielbasa cut into chunks with sliced potatoes, green pepper and onion with a little seasoning. I just throw it all in together and simmer till done. I have used beer in the skillet before to add flavor and help cook the potatoes . It is yummy and the alcohol cooks out of it. I think we are out of beer so I might use chicken broth instead. Also having fresh strawberry and banana fruit cups and bread from our store bakery- not fresh and hot but it is good and tastes homemade.
