I'm making enchilada casserole in the crockpot. I made a peanut butter fudge

cake in the crockpot, but it's in the trash now. It burnt around the edges

and was liquidy in the middle. Now I'm trying to think of something else to

make for dessert.

fresh summer squash that I will stir fry and probably some fresh steamed green

at the hospital. I'm hoping to be home for dinner, and although we

have no food, I'm sure we will find something. I think there are

some frozen dinners which will have to work.
