Guest guest
I actually will take a New England snow storm over something like the Northridge earthquake from ’94. I was 7 miles from the epicenter and thought the house was coming down all over me. They said that quake was a 6.9 or something. Baloney – it was rumored to have been more like 8.0, but once a quake gets over 8, people start qualifying for more disaster relief $$ and well, we can’t have that!! Sorry, I just love conspiracy theories. Guest guest
I live in the "banana belt" of Canada where we have the extremes of weather and a short way from us grow the grapes to make our wonderful Niagra wines. In summer it is hot, as now we are at 86 degrees with humidex and still climbing have just had temps of 100+ and in winter we have the wonderland of the ice-storms and blizzards which are spectacular. When I get the hang of putting pics up I will include one from this past winter. Standing on my step-ladder waving in circles to you all and praying that this one doesn't break like the one did 2 weeks ago. [Finishing my decorating that is why I'm up a ladder].
