Fantastic Gail! Keep up the great work!

You and I are at about the same point.

I started exactly 8 weeks ago and have lost 15 pounds.

What is girth? Length of torso? I don't get it. How can your torso

get shorter? You don't shrink lengthwise when you lose weight.

Please 'plain this to me. Thanks.

Donna

Hopefully she will get through it soon. Its to bad someone had to do something like this anyway, but to do this and make her have to go back to rehab isn't awfull. Not that anything that happened wasn't awful this just makes it worse .

We all slip up. The important thing is you know what you are doing wrong and admit it. You can do this. I'll give you a hand back on the wagon if you need it. I've been on the wagon with excercise and kind of with water. Started back with food Sunday/Monday.

Donna,

I am so sorry this creep has your sister, who was getting her life back on track, now having to go back through rehab. What a loser he is. Prayers for you and your family sweetie! *hugs*
