Well, I'm fixing turkey and all the trimings for THEM. I will eat dill dip, ranch dip, cucumbers, celery, pork rinds, turkey, salad, cauliflower - stuff like that.

Oh I know that! YOu are doing too good to cave to anything now. But it must be hard to fix all that stuff and not eat it. It would be for me anyway. I have little to no self control once I start salivating.

Oh my GOSH, Robin, that is AWESOME! MAN! I've been on it good for one week and lost 4 although I'm up this morning, but seems to be working for both of us now.

Keep it up, those 50 will diminish in front of your eyes. I know the walking is helping too!

Yes, my dear P., we went on a NICE long walk... well, it took about 40 minutes, but she is a power walker and the path we walk has hills all over which really tire you out... But you know what? When we came home, ate, then sat to relax, I had the most wonderful feeling... like I was just perfectly happy and at peace. I'm not sure why, but it was so great to finally feel that way. Not stressed, not unhappy, not depressed, not anxious. Just perfectly happy to be alive and well. OOOOOOOOOOh, it was wonderful. I have to clean while everyone is gone this morning, but I plan to get on the treadmill before I shower after I clean.

Rick kept me up late *ahem*... so I'm tired but I actually still feel wonderful. Just my shins are a little sore from walking, but they always are.

Well exercise is a wonderful thing to improve mood and decrease stress. I feel so much better and more energetic when I do it, unless it's just 20 minutes on the treadmill, then I feel worse cuz I feel like I copped out of exercising, weird huh? Anyway, it is proven to help with depression and it has sure helped me in that area. Now if it could just help me clean. I am thinking of scrapping the cleaning and going to a movie at 4:00...............You Can Count On Me.

That's what happens I get overwhelmed before I start and get nothing done. And we would go out for a low carb dinner after the movie and it would be my treat. Oh I wish you lived closer too!
