I very rarely eat cheese anyway, but yes I am avoiding it. The only dairyish thing I've been having is some heavy cream in my coffee twice a day.

No, secret - just under 20 or 25 grams a day - preferably under 20. For instance, yesterday I had an Atkins bar for breakfast, baked cod and broccoli for lunch, and for dinner I had alot of roast turkey, for dessert I had turkey with onion and mayo. 120 ounces of water - and that is my biggest key to success ~ the water. 64 oz or even 90 or 100 and I won't lose. I had two huge cups of very strong, regular coffee (with cinnamon in the filter when brewing) with Splenda and heavy cream. The cod and the broccoli both were buttered and very good. Oh, and instead of nuts I nibble sunflower seeds (in the shell) because they take long to eat. Nuts stall me, always.

Some days I do the flax, otheres I don't. About the bars - I have discovered that if I actually use ONE as ONE meal that day, and don't do it every day that they seem to be ok for me. It's using them for a snack that seems to be a problem for me. Now, in a week or two, I may find that even as a meal they don't work out.

Well I finally got them out of the house, I am going to try and keep them out for April as Joya suggested. As for no snacks, I doubt I am capable of that so I shouldn't try. Oh maybe I will give it a go, I said that about the island too. When do we start? Monday? On the weekends sometimes me meals and snacks tend to run together, i.e. I eat more small meals.

We could start on Monday if you want. I think that's better for me, too. I am having a houseful of company tomorrow. My daughter and her family, my Dad and me, hubby and my son. Making a turkey dinner with all the trimmings - so there will be plenty of things for me, too. Am serving chips and dip plus plenty of celery and cucumber slices and pork rinds for me to dip before the meal.

what kind of dip? Ohhhhhhhhhwould I love to eat turkey and ALL the trimmings. But I won't. am feeling a little better this morning so far.

I need to clean either my office or my bedroom today, both are a complete disaster. Where is Joya the tidy buddy when you need her? Corky is at the groomers, my goal is to get in an outside walk before i have to pick him up at 12:30 or 1:00. Also, to get going on either my computer table or my vanity. I need a professional organizer. Wish I could afford one.
